I'm not the biggest idol fan in away way but Jessica Sanchez deserved to win that season. She was robbed. And she is the only one that had any business singing those songs.
Compare their 'Fat Bottomed Girls' with Adam Lambert's in London, and compare their 'Another One Bites The Dust' with Adam's in Kiev (which was in front of 500 thousand live audience)... and then compare their 'We Are The Champions' with Adam's on Idol (Season9)... Roger said that it's interesting to see many people attempt to sing Queen's songs but fail miserably. But with Adam, they just rave on and on about him. It's pretty interesting to study what is it about Adam that fascinates them so much...

Watching this I am having a hard time understanding how Phillip is so popular. He's an OK singer, but no Springsteen. Here he is not good & he should be able to carry a rock song, I don't know what he's trying to do with it; growl, scream, sound tuff I don't know, but it doesn't work.

These people can't sing. They have no talent. They're not Freddie. No one will ever be Freddie, but I don't know about Steven Tyler cause he looked jealous. He should be considering that Freddie was a 100x better singer than him and that Queen is much better than Aerosmith.
I actually don't think he was jealous because they ran in the same circles back in the day, he probably feels the way alot of others that knew them did in that it's just not the same without Freddie (the only one who has come close was Adam and considering he'd probably also seen that as he said he watched before he became a judge, he knew what an idol competitor was capable of with Queen and these guys just didn't cut it)
This was just bloody awful. Poor Brian. Poor Roger. Might as well put up there a bunch of dumb blind tone-deaf rats, they'd have done better. Oh my God, my head.
This was awful. First of all, Jessica Sanchez should've won this season. Second of all, the rest of them were all absolutely terrible in this performance. I've never heard the music of Queen to be this cringe. Far worse than either Lambert or Paul Rodgers. Poor Freddie had to be turning over in his grave.

This was one of the best season of American idol. Right after steven tyler left American idol just went downhill
