Trying to open a portal between hermitcraft and helscraft sounds a bad idea considering you know grian can just end their lifes in seconds with his watcher side
He could, that is if Grian cared about the Helsians
which he doesn't, he doesn't really know what they are either
The only hermits that actually know what a Helsian is are Xisuma, Wels, Scar and Zedaph

Unless he can explore the world he probably would just destroy the portal and nothing else
