hell no bob barker lived to be 99 almost 100 regis deserved the same but either way there both or were both legendary gameshow host the price is right is legendary as is who wants to be a millionaire both regis & bob are greatly missed
These past couple of months I’ve been watching all of these old reruns you’ve uploaded. Thank you so much for sharing them! I was devastated to hear of Regis’ passing today. RIP Regis
Regis Philbin made "Who Wants to be a Millionaire?" my childhood game show. He made it a wonderful game show to watch with his wonderful sense of humor, excitement, and dedication. He will certainly be missed and his legacy will live on forever.
Wait what ? Kind and supportive ? To all those who would lose early he would point and laugh at their faces hahahahaha and he made Noem McDonald not take the million... Fucking Reggis
Regis: Last time, on Who Wants to be a Millionaire... I was Alive. Now join us, in Heaven, for night 1, of Who Wants to be, a Greatly Missed Legendary Icon!!
Man.. poor Regis.. he was one of my favorites along side Tom Bergeron, Drew Carey, Pat Sajak, Alex Trebek, & Howie Mandel. And it’s still sad that he died from natural causes.. R.I.P 1931-2020
This was an amazing episode, I'm so glad you uploaded the full continuation. I was on the edge of my seat during the entire eight minute stream of consciousness monologue about the presidents!
OMG I can't believe Regis Philbin has passed away! He will be sorely missed. His loss will be painfully felt within this community. My strong condolences to his family, friends, and fans. Rest easily in paradise, Regis. You deeply deserve it. 😫😫😫
RIP Rege! When the modern game show world had disappeared for about 10 years following Bert Convy & Bill Cullen’s deaths in the early 90’s, in the LATE 90’s here came Regis with Millionaire to break multiple records in being the best he could’ve ever been and more. God rest his soul. ♥️
Regis will forever be one of the classiest men in the industry. One of a kind, will never be matched, ever. Rip Regis Will be watching Millionaire this weekend all day and night.
Holy crap that lady was a mess when she got it wrong. She went from being convinced that it was answer A, to answer B, and then ended up with answer D. When D was wrong she said "omg I knew it" No lady you didn't have a clue you were just taking a wild gamble.
Regis Philbin I didn't know that was his name until I saw it on the news anyway rest in peace Regis Philbin since Who Wants To Be A Millionaire was my childhood I'm going to watch the show to honor Regis Philbin😀.
RIP Regis Philbin! He was the Greatest Host of All-Time on Millionaire! Couple Highlights I'll Always remember him: 1. John Carpenter became the first Million Dollar Winner which will always be the best moment 2. Meredith Vieira asks the question and Regis Philbin plays Millionaire on the Final Episode of the 10th Anniversary
I could see in an alternate timeline like Regis throwing his earpiece aside and saying "This lady sucks!" after Knudsen's run, just as Bob Barker did with like Adam Sandler back in Happy Gilmore.
I really loved Regis Philbin, especially when he did "Who Wants To Be a Millionaire", "Million Dollar Password", and "Live! with Regis and Kelly". Rest in peace, Regis Philbin. Thank you for all the wonderful things you did for us.
@26:35 I would have been too cocky on this one and gotten it wrong. After all, the first batch of questions either quizzes obvious everyday US expressions/cultural artefacts or all but spell out the correct answer, and Hoover was president in 1929 and until 1932.
Took two shows and too sure of herself others could not play hog the whole show glad they finally put a timer on show after awhile miss Regis rip wish he was still with us
@@mitchellhodack657 I actually have her first question on tape. I didn't realize though when I was taping these shows that she was a noteworthy contestant and stopped the taping (I had the tape running since she followed a big winner)
I've got eight requests from me about the January 2000 episodes of that show: 1. The full 1/10-11/2000 episodes. 2. The full 1/13-16/2000 episodes. 3. The full 1/25/2000 episode (including Kurt Warkenthein's first run). And 4. The full 1/27/2000 episode. Also, does anybody have the full 8/20/2000 episode (including Jamie Hammomd's second run), the special 90 minute 9/21/2000 episode, the full 2/22/2000 episode (including Kevin Francis's run in which he became the first contestant from New Mexico to sit in the hot seat), Eileen Duffy's full run, and the full 2/25-27/2000 episodes of that show? Because I remember seeing the Nick Meyer episode for the last two weeks. It was fabulous. But I'm glad that I enjoyed watching it. And the most that I would like to see is the Ronald Moya episode along with the full August 31st and September 3rd 2000 episodes of that show. Because I would like to see those episodes sometime in the future as long as if anybody has it. That I've been wanting to see Ronald Moya's run all the time.
Yea she was a mess. It was scary to see her like that in total shock, but wtf was she thinking. She went from being convinced it was A, then C, and finally D which she got wrong. When he said the answer was C she was like "I knew it" No lady you had no idea and took an insane gamble. Should've walked away.
The look at 1:00:02 really says it all. She’s completely and totally lost, but absolutely possessed by greed, and the intense fear of losing is there, but not enough to snap her out of it and walk away like she absolutely should have done. Such a shame.
I'm absolutely awful with Presidents, but I thought Ohio. I just feel like it's commonly known that Ohio had the most Presidents born there *edit* she changed her mind and got it right, nice!
She was a mess after that. It wasn't a "the money means nothing to me" situation. She was just crazy in thinking that she knew the answer when she really had no clue.
9:53 “It would be easy if one of the choices was you could call me out” Wait, did he predict Ask the Host would be a future lifeline there? Maybe I’m crazy... probably am...
Lol yep she was insane. She eliminated that answer right away and then ends up being convinced that was the right answer. And when it was C then she said "omg I knew it" No lady, you first said A, then C, then D. You had no idea but was just gambling with a 25% chance. Could've took that 250k to a roulette table and had a better chance of guessing right.
She was just guessing and landed on the right answer. The "ahem" was very clear but I'm not sure if it was a cheat or not. I think she just got lucky. I also feel like Regis knew the answers and would sometimes give off tells to the contestant.
Yea she was a total mess. She went from being convinced the answer was A, then answer C, and then went with answer D. When he said it was C then she's like "I knew it" No lady you were taking an insane gamble and really had no clue. I couldn't believe her... especially when she almost said Illinois on the previous question. Idk what her husband must've been thinking.
Regis Phiibin was a great person that we're going to be missed. 88 is a very good number! RIP! Best to Joy and the rest of the Philbin Family.
88 is a good number.. lol?

Thank you for posting. Who wants to be a millionaire was one of my favorite game shows.
Also for that United Nations Question, I would have picked 1 of the following 2.
1: Tonga
2: Andorra
RIP Regis, I’ve watched you since I was 3 years old. You were a great legend of television.
Rest In Peace Regis. In my opinion, the best host of Who Wants to be a Millionaire (in the US at least).
Man.. poor Regis.. he was one of my favorites along side Tom Bergeron, Drew Carey, Pat Sajak, Alex Trebek, & Howie Mandel.
And it’s still sad that he died from natural causes.. R.I.P 1931-2020
He had a Heart Disease! Regis Philbin was awesome
Rest in peace Regis Philbin hands down the best who wants to be a millionaire host he will be heavily missed
This was a particularly bad case of somebody passing away from natural causes.
Regis Philbin was one of the greatest hosts of Millionaire I'll never forget!
Never ever forget him!
I’m so sad for Regis, in heavy hearts.
R.I.P. Regis. Thank you for all the awesome memories of watching WWTBAM as a kid. :(

It sucks that he died a few days after Alex Trebeks 80th birthday. 😫
I can't believe he's gone I can't believe he passed away Regis philbin
Cannot believe this episode aired 20 years ago to the day!! Still feels surreal that Regis is gone. 😢
Absolute Legend and I will miss him so much after all the childhood memories he brought for me. 😭😭❤❤❤
Best show and best host ever, thank you Regis, rest in peace
Its been a week and its still hard to believe that hes gone
I remember this episode, it was an incredible trainwreck lol.
Unfortunately it aired today at 11 AM:( Thankfully Regis did not have much to say after the contestant lineup for the next episode.

this episode makes me thankful for the fast forward button.
@@cherylcampbell9369 absolutely no one likes Katie. Good riddance she lost.

RIP Regis Philbin. We all love you.

Damn. I'd have loved to meet Regis. What a legend. :/
I could see in an alternate timeline like Regis throwing his earpiece aside and saying "This lady sucks!" after Knudsen's run, just as Bob Barker did with like Adam Sandler back in Happy Gilmore.
Well Kati had let greed get to her brain, like many other contestants.
BTW, there will never be another host like Regis. So sad that he's gone.
Or as another game show put it, she felt the need for Greed.
RIP Regis, grew up watching this show when I was a kid in the early 2000's
RIP Regis legendary TV host!
Aww we will miss Regis ❤️
at least we can watch this to remember him by.
The way it was going I was really rooting for her to get to 500
Can I use this video in a ranking of the U.S millionaire hosts I'm doing? I will credit you if needed.
RIP Regis Philbin 😢😪
I always thought The Flying Dutchman was a pirate.
Just like the ghost pirate in Spongebob.
Have you ever heard about the game show known as Duel? The show aired on ABC from December 2007 to July 2008.
Do you have 7/25/2000 and 7/30/2000 episodes? And many episodes with Pat Gibson run? RIP Regis....
regis sense of humor is awesome also she didn't know the xena question like really omg much lol & i loved this vid
Do you have any more episodes of millionaire?
I really loved Regis Philbin, especially when he did "Who Wants To Be a Millionaire", "Million Dollar Password", and "Live! with Regis and Kelly".
Rest in peace, Regis Philbin. Thank you for all the wonderful things you did for us.
Rest in Power Regis!!!
Was watching this when I heard he passed.

I was wondering if you could do Ron Trigueiro.
Don't have his episode
Someday you'll find it.
Someday you'll find Karla Robinson and she was the first female contestant to ended up with no money. She is a nurse from San Antonio, Texas.

I would like to see it. On the $0 winners edition, she didn't even make it to the hot seat in 2001.

I never knew that the original Who Wants to Be a Millionaire host Regis Philbin passed away.
Well now you know.
It did just happen 3 days ago. He lived a good long life, and will be sadly missed. Never was and never will be another host like him!!
RIP Legend
Is that your final answer? Goodbye, Mr. Philbin! Godspeed. Rest in Peace
Amazed that she persisted throughout that run despite running out of lifelines so early. R.I.P. Regis
20 years ago tonight, I remember watching this and “Hot Toddy” lol RIP Regis
Incidentally, this year sucks.
I know. We have to do something about the coronavirus!
@@cbsteffen All we can do is stay home, quarantine, social distance, and keep healthy.

if you have any of those full games: can you upload
1.Kraig Norris full game
2. Judy Bartoletti's full game
3.Maureen Lawlor's full game

That woman was remarkable. Crazy that she’s probably old enough to be a grandma today…22 years ago! Long time ago!
Regis Philbin was the best host of this show.
Shocking she got the President question right considering how wrong she was talking about the Presidents and the Civil War.
She was about 4 years off I believe. Not way off the radar
She cheated. If you listen closely you'll hear a cough when she's pondering Ohio. Two seconds later she confidently says "Ohio, final answer."
She was just guessing and landed on the right answer. The "ahem" was very clear but I'm not sure if it was a cheat or not. I think she just got lucky. I also feel like Regis knew the answers and would sometimes give off tells to the contestant.
She was in such disbelief walking off the stage. I would’ve just walked.
