    Our family is running the same Smoky Lake rig here in Bremen Indiana. We just upgraded from a Dauntless to a Corsair this season.
    I just love your comment about how we are made to work and work is good. You and your team are wonderful speakers educators. I hope to visit some day. Keep posting videos!

      Thanks! One of the reasons why we started the farming venture is to teach our children a good work ethic and how to think. There is always critical thinking and problem solving to be done on the farm! If you ever get this way Let us know, be happy to give you the tour!

    I finished off my first syrup ever yesterday. Why does it taste like vanilla concentrate. It good but not what I expected

      Interesting…there are a lot of things that can effect the taste of maple syrup. Where are you located? What is the method of collection you used? How much sap did you boil? What did you use to boil?
