I thought Linear Systems only sold directly. I didn't know they sold through Mouser. The company was founded by, and is still owned by the family of, a real semiconductor old-hat, John H. Hall. The first time I heard of the company was when another electronics RUclipsr was ordering parts from them just a couple of years ago. They were actually still running the plant at their headquarters in Fremont through the pandemic lockdowns, mainly to serve the military.

Apparently DigiKey is now a distributor for them. The PADx parts that Mouser has are from InterFET, and about twice as expensive(!)
