Bad ass rally for sure! Hubby and I went for the first time. Took both bikes. Rode those beautiful Black Hills! Made our reservations for next year. Can't wait to go back. Be safe out there and have fun!
Next year is going to be a blast, looking at my accommodation options in the coming weeks.

Glad you had a great time. I arrived on 8/4 from Nashville. Took 2 days but almost didn’t make it due to a douchebag tried to steal my bike at 5 am in Counsel Bluff Iowa. Glad the attendant at the front desk noticed my alarm going off. Would have been really bad getting my bike stolen on day one of my trip. Other than that I had a Hell of a time. Hope to meet up someday. Ride free my friend.
Jeff, that was some good luck not to get the bike ripped off. I have one of those disk locks with a built in alarm that I use at the hotels. If you're out there next year, definitely would be good to trade road stories. Ride free bud.

The city did the right thing. People were coming anyway so the city voted in a way that enabled them to prepare for the inevitable. What a lot of people don't realize is that many hotels and air bnbs had to have the final deposits 1 week before the city voted. Do you ride Bob?
