@@bluelemonade6430 heizhou doest need buff on his NA or CA because the scale are low. If you run heizou dps, 2shime 2viri/2shime 2gladiator are good. And if you run sub dps heizou, 4p viri still the best.
Pavilion damage is roughly 5-10% more than Shimenawa because of the faster attack speed and extra Anemo dmg bonus. Shimenawa has more raw damage because the buff from the artifact set is 10% more but has lesser DPS because of the 15 energy loss each time he uses his E.
Idk why you'd think the shimenawa takes away from his burst that much, by the time his skill is almost over you should already would have your burst back to use. Also from the video it seems that the shimenawa and the 2/2 set kill the ruin guard in basically the same amount of time. (1:08 - 2/2 set being behind) The attack speed on the pavilion set is just not worth it, even if you have a 2/2 piece set. If you have a full shimenawa set there's literally zero reason to farm the pavilion set. I don't see the obsession with how fast he can attack, it's more important to buff his damage. I use Bennett, Yunjin, and Zhongli with my Wanderer on full Shimenawa and I never run into problems with his burst.
@@HessuTrades I have both set right now, any combination allow me to burst on every rotation when its less consistent with Shimenawa, i can only burst every 2 rotation. If you want to burst every rotation with Shimenawa you will need around 200 ER/170 with faruzan, maybe more... which is really hard to reach for a character you build as DPS. that's the same problem with Yoimiya who's losing 20% of her potential with shimenawa. I doubt that you can burst every rotations as you dont have a second anemo/battery, Shimenawa duration is 10s so everytime you will lift up you will lose 15 energy also if you dont manage your CD you will Lose dps by flying in the middle or during the end of the effect and it will ruin the whole rotation kinda like Playing Childe with HoD and keeping stance more than 15 secs so it's a little clunky, mixing 2 set is fine tho
@@HessuTrades I only play him with charged attack but if you play with normals you should know that you will gain about 7% overall damages thx to the attack speed bonus, that's not really negigible. it's more than what xiao gain by using pervases instead of 2-2 or Hu tao by using shimenawa instead of crimson witch. 20% attack speed (from his weapon) increase it by 18% and 30% (from his C1) by 25% you can easily see how good it is on Ayato and Yoimiya with yunjin/C2 Jean
@@zelocius I don't really need the attack speed as my Yunjin is C6, and my Zhongli is built with Favonius so I never have energy issues. I have been having a lot of fun with Wanderer, and he's very strong on Shimenawa.
Honestly the new set is actually pretty good for him especially if you have his weapon your NA is pretty sick but artifact farming is hell anyway so just use your existing shimenawa or whatever you have plus the shim and emblem domain is pretty cost efficient in resin.
One thing that should be mentioned is that your ATK for the Pavillion Set is very Similiar to the others. Pavillion doesn't give ATK% so it is on clear advantage here since you are not only having the almost the same amount of ATK, but also an extra 15% Anemo Dmg. What makes it better is the Normal Atk Speed buff, but that is a very niche buff since his Charged Attacks are very useful in certain scenarios. It's on par with Shimewawa but at least with Pavillion you don't lose Energy for his burst.
The 10% atk speed is alot, idk why it sounds like ur downplaying it, i do agree that the attack seems a bit high but the charged attacks arent his focus point cause his normals are so fast and can make up for the charged attacks more than if you did them.
@@itz_andi9691 Im not downplaying Pavilion cause of atk speed, its cause you have very similar atk compared to the other builds even tho you arent getting any atk% from pavilion, and yet you have the 15% more anemo dmg bonus than shimenawa in order for showcase to be fair, you have to subtract 18% atk on pavilion. If you have these artifacts builds with the same substact, Pavilion build will have less ATK than the rest.
I agree.. If they can't afford to lose the equal 218 crit dmg on each set then they could've let the 4pc shimenawa and 2pc2pc ones to use a 1 or 2 star ATK food at least. This is why I kinda don't like 2pc 18% ATK bc you can get ATK% stat on your substats many times.

I myself prefer the Desert pavillion because the 10% attack speed is really good cuz you can do some extra normal attacks and if you play it right you can do a decent damage overall in your airtime. In the bennet buff, the desert pavillion finished first.
I think the attack speed boost of the new set is worth it, and being able to use the burst often is clutch so I'll farm it. so far I farmed it for about a month and fully geared my Kuki for hyperbloom and got 2 pieces done for wanderer (sadge)

Gosh I have spent 2 weeks farming for his set + 5 condensed resin + 10 fragile resin and I havent gotten NOT EVEN ONE good artifact piece. I’m losing so much resin… I think I will just move back to the dendro set one :”) and keep using viridiscent on him
ez, just use dpc in open world (bc shime drains er everytime u use skill) and shime in spiral abyss (but if ur gonna use shime make sure u have at least 130 er/ double anemo/ raiden on team and u should be fine) shime is overall more resin efficient and ez to farm (because of strongbox and so many supports use emblem) so u can get more of the stats u want. if u want to farm dpc and u want resin efficieny then think about making a hyperbloom team to dump the other set on for some reason the dpc domain hates me i always get the other set and rarely one piece from dpc and my build still sucks as i have been farming dpc since october 2023 i have never touched the shime strongbox but i have the best stats on shime
I wish there was a comparison of a full team with him using 4pc VV, compared to Pavillion. Since he's an on-field dps, he can always shred resistance easily to multiple elements and with 100% uptime, and should compensate for the personal DPS loss from not using Pavillion, but I'd love to know the difference without wasting away resin at the domain.
i dont think you have proc'd the desert pavilion's passive on the charged attack comparison. You have to use charged attack once to proc it. Comparing the dmg you have gotten with vv + shime, it's basically the same damage. Aside from that, I think if you're planning on getting wanderer constellations to c6, Desert Pavilion will be most optimal since the set also provides 10% attack speed on top of the dmg multipliers on his normal/charged/plunge attacks. And seeing how his c6 counts as normal attacks, it will be a significant increase over the shimenawa. If you're not going for wanderer constellations however, i think shimenawa or vv + atk% set will be fine.
The damage has not that much difference. But as an AR 60 player, I think we all agree that Abyss is/will be all cover up already. Now you need a character who you can have fun with, since 90% of your time in Genshin is in exploration.
For a perfect comparison the DP set should have had a bit lower attack, but that's tough to do because of different artifacts. Also the proper charged attack dmg wasn't shown, since the 4p passive was procced, but never taken advantage of (only one charged attack).
DPC is just a 1% bump over Shimenawa's at similar crit value plus you need to charge attack to trigger that increase. Not worth it in my opinion. Yes shimenawa's does reduce energy. But Wanderer doesn't care since he wants to hit for most of his air time. So he will recover the energy eventually since Shimenawa's also boosts attack speed. All in all I feel Shimenawa is as good as BIS for Wanderer. No point farming the DPC domain. I wasted 3k resin. I don't regret it because I did get a very good FOPL (3 EM Set is now complete). But farming EOSF and Deepwood Memories is the way to go to farm sets to clear abyss with the meta heroes.
I'm faming desert because it's the only domain I can farm easily with only my Wanderer decently leveled, since I'm new and don't have anything good in my account. Other domains are a PAIN to farm, since most of them have ley lines that don't make sense for the profile of characters I'm farming artifacts for (like thundering domain in Monstad, for example).
but his burst is useful. If you have C2, then his burst becomes a nuke. You can easily hit 500k burst with C2. Don't neglect his burst cuz u can still get 100k at C0 with good build. Keep in mind that his burst hits 5 times. If his burst does 20k then multiply it by 5.
Essentially the best set for heizou is dpc but shim is almost as strong for all us f2p players who cant grind all those artifacts as much. 2 piece vv and atk% aint as strong since wanderer does not depend on burst but will do if you have nothing else

Shimen and Pavillion is about the same as long as you hit your Q before E. I would use your best stats. Pavillion is a pain to farm when you want good stats.
Use Wanderer,Faruzan,Bennet and Thoma 25% atk from pyro resonance and if u have Thoma C6 then 15% atk more from his burst and u have Bennet to buff his atk more. U have shield too :)
In terms of charge attack = shimenawa for burst - 2pc 2pc And last for the normal attack niche is pavillion for all over dmg yea pavillion is great for him

really bad build. you barely have crit rate. Wanderer needs 75% to atleast 80% CRIT RATE. Your ATK is also pretty low. His ATK needs to be atleast in the 2,000s
Viridecent is underated increase his swirl by 40%. And if u use sub dps such yelan,xinqiu. 40% shred is quite good. But what make me dissapointed is his kit has no CROWDCONTROL.

In single target yoimiya/hutao are still way better and in multi childe is more effective. You may not use shield, but dodge when flying is cost a lot energy, unless you lucky enough at A4 talent which is RNG. My point is, scara hypercarry team need a lot care, like c6faruzan, and make sure you have more than enough crit ratio, i find he hard to crit even use crit buff from talent&food.

Not quite. Shimenawa and 2-2 gives 18% atk while pavilion doesnt. Giving it the same amount of atk means doing other two sets dirty.

Yep pavillion is 100% better, probably only by 5-10% tho, unless you need the other set I don't think it's super resin efficient IMO

Other domains are a PAIN to farm, since most of them have ley lines that don't make sense for the profile of characters I'm farming artifacts for (like thundering domain in Monstad, for example).
I prefer using shimenawa because it is in an easy domain that gives another great set and it gives you an excuse to not level up his burst
but his burst is useful. If you have C2, then his burst becomes a nuke. You can easily hit 500k burst with C2. Don't neglect his burst cuz u can still get 100k at C0 with good build.
Keep in mind that his burst hits 5 times. If his burst does 20k then multiply it by 5.

Essentially the best set for heizou is dpc but shim is almost as strong for all us f2p players who cant grind all those artifacts as much. 2 piece vv and atk% aint as strong since wanderer does not depend on burst but will do if you have nothing else

The only time shimenawa is better is at the first charge attack before the 4pc chronicles is active, after that it takes the win easily

Shimen and Pavillion is about the same as long as you hit your Q before E. I would use your best stats. Pavillion is a pain to farm when you want good stats.
I’ve been trying to get attack% on my sub-stats but I literally can’t get it. My ratio is 71/167 with 1,600 attack 😭(ftp)
Use Wanderer,Faruzan,Bennet and Thoma
25% atk from pyro resonance and if u have Thoma C6 then 15% atk more from his burst and u have Bennet to buff his atk more. U have shield too :)

@@kamu5327 yea but as u may know that shimenawa really good at buffering attack bc it has 50% and pavilion has only 40% the differences between the two is shimenawa reducing ur energy for 15 and the other set was 10% attack speed so if u dont like wasting ur energy by hovering around the map then use pavilon and if u like really good dmg but risky in exploration then use shimenawa its up to you.. even if he didnt do cjarge attack shimenawa always win in terms of buffing normal attack

really bad build. you barely have crit rate. Wanderer needs 75% to atleast 80% CRIT RATE. Your ATK is also pretty low. His ATK needs to be atleast in the 2,000s

@@breakoutmk2204 because one of his most viable team is international akka xiangling xingqui and faruzan is locked c6. So most people will use him as a driver with shred. In single target yoimiya/hutao are still way better and in multi childe is more effective. C0 scara with c0 faruzan even with dps set is pretty bad; but like said using him with other support increase his viability

At lv 70 with low talent, i can get around 20k+ per CA.
But i find trouble agaist ranged mob.
And again favonius warbow r4, with 270ER, still faruzan burst take long time to ready.
So i don't wanna replaced bennet with any, also zhongli my daddy protect me from dmg lost.
But faruzan is also important.

man you forgot that to activate the new set you have to do a charged attack first, that's why the 4 piece vs 2 piece + 2 piece set has almost the same damage on the charged attack!!!!!!!!!!!!!
