Wearing mascara can ruin the lashes because if your rubbing them to remove the mascara off you can pull the fake eyelash off and damage your natural lashes that's why most places do say not to put mascara on them and also if she's is using a product to remove her make up that has oil in it can also weaken the glue and also it can lead to bacteria infections which also ruins your lashes and trust me always wash your lashes cause I forgot about that and have had an eye infection for over a month whoops
Yeah, I can't believe her lash artist is okay with her using mascara. Mine would fire me in an instant LOL. Not only is it terrible for the lashes (both extensions and natural lashes) because of everything you've already stated, but it's also extremely unnecessary. The whole point of lash extensions is that you don't NEED mascara. They're full and beautiful without.
I've worn eyelash extensions for around 5 years and have never personally found an issue with wearing mascara :) I don't do it all the time obviously thats why i have the extensions but i do it for the sake of my videos or when they've almost all fallen out! For example when i filmed this video i have already had them in for over 4 weeks so they're on their last legs xxx
