Because they lost to the Broncos; it's more punishing to lose to the Broncos than to lose to the Bucs because the Bucs are actually a good team
@ancalagonthesnack lions was week 2 and we just went through week 4. 3-1 is a good record and they beat teams on the hierarchy that's gotta mean something especially with the shelacking they gave to the Eagles after that bad Broncos game

Why would bucs be in top ten if the bucs beat Detroit and Detroit beat Seattle by two scores. Also we've been without the best safety in the league. No right tackle, and vita was out against Denver.

It's obvious that Colin's "picks" are subjectively leaning towards one Vikings QB Sam Darnold. We ALL know how Colin feels about Darnold. This year he just may be right. As A Lifelong Detroit Lions fan my number 1 concern right now is The Vikings. They basically have 2 Head Football Coaches in HC McConnell and DC Brian Florez. What's scary is that they are making this unique situation work. Like Colin I have always been a Sam Darnold fan. After ALL the teams, HCs, OCs, he stayed the course. In my opinion it was Darnolds interactions with 49ers HC Kyle Shanahan that"schooloed him to get his game right. The Lions are going to beat the brakes off of Mr Darnold.

no ya idiot! To put it simply: they were missing their TOP 4 D LINEMAN. So the entire starting D line. If you can't process that, then they were missing their best defensive lineman, their second best defensive lineman, their third defensive lineman, and their 4th defensive lineman. They were also missing their #1 off-ball linebacker.
