OMG, three days? Most Cricket Test matches don't last that many days. Hats off to Junior Chef Huzoor for displaying almost Pujara like patience. I don't have that kind of patience in this era of T20 and neither will I do the 'jurrat' of trying it out in my kitchen. Hopefully it'll be on your menu soon and on my next visit to Mumbai, I can try it. One suggestion. I've seen many videos with Junior Chef in charge with only music added in. Since he has got an obvious flair for comedy, why not add that as well unless of course some of these are old videos that have been released recently with some editing?
Thank you Subhajit for watching and your kind words. Yes, this is a long process cooking and I enjoy it but it does test the patience at times. This recipe has featured earlier with me but that was a much longer video. So we re-edited it to just showcase the cooking process and the recipe.
That can be done only in outdoors location with open fire barbecue, not inside the apartment in a OTG as leg of goat is quite big even for our very large OTG.
Awesome recipe and the music - what can I say? Well done
Thank you so much 🤗☺
I am slobbering!
