I think comparison between turbo models would have made more sense as far as NA engine is concerned there is no doubt Fronx has an edge due to a 4 cylinder engine.

Magnite affordable one
There is a 2.5 lakh price difference in the starting point of both cars, worth noting. Also if the fronx isn't safer than the Baleno, not worth almost 1 lakh for cosmetics.
Magnite is actually a much better car but people will buy Suzuki simply for the fuss free ownership. The Fronx has poor headlights and compromised headroom. The rear space and lack of ac vents are also a deal breaker for me.

I dont understand you? Have u ever travelled in auto? so whats the issue, if you have cash go for 6 airbags, and let others travel in car, not in less safety auto

I am a CVT Nissan Magnite user and now looking for a second car for my parents. They really like magnite for its spacious back seat and traveling comfort. Fronx looks very compelling as I might buy that for myself and give magnite to my parents 😉

Compact SUV segment is just a scam. It's simply Hatchback/Premium Hatchback with slightly more ground clearance that's it. 72 ps is definitely not enough for a car like that. Nissan needs to provide a 4 cylinder naturally aspirated option too

Fronx has the edge with the better Engine performance, NVH levels, gearbox, mileage and better after sales.. Yet, only if it gets a good safety rating as well ✋
could have taken punch creative AMT also ... as the price segment and proper car with less in length only rest all are in par with these two cars
Honestly Suzuki has made the better design inside out .. love that interior and exterior design .. .. right with with current trend.. hats off to Suzuki design team..
Nissan -Renault need to provide 1.2L 3 cylinder engine(naturally aspirated) to make atleast 82bhp 110nm figures

I have a Magnite and love it but if we can spend that extra 15-20%, 3XO is awesome. The looks can be a big factor too though, as people are dialling 3XO there.

Suzuki cars are most refined. I really like Suzuki but dont buy their cars only for their poor safety ratings.
Have 2 Tata cars Altroz DCA and Tiago only bcos of saftey. 90% of my driving is on highways.

No comparison at all. Magnite AMT is the biggest flop across all AMT cars we have in market right now. Power delivery and performance is lethargic. Fronx is the most stylish and stunning looking car made by Maruti till date followed by Kizashi. Personally it looks better than Grand Vitara. Fronx’s 90Bhp is more than enough for city and occasional highway drives. Steering feedback and ride quality is very good and it feels a notch above Baleno in terms of build quality. Can achieve 4 Stars. I would have gone for Boosterjet AT if Maruti had offered it around 12-13 Lacs but it is 15.5 Lacs On road which is ridiculously high and waste of introducing that Engine in Indian market

Comparison should not be encouraged with out crash test. Recently I have seen 3 accidents on a high way near me . One ertiga and 2 are for swift dzire. Unfortunately all the occupants expired. Total 13 of them. Can we buy the lives back by asking Kitna dete Hai. Safety should be the top priority and the review and Comparison should start with Safety first
What kind of a puny engine is this from Nissan.. No wonder they are struggling in India.
Apparently they are much bigger than Suzuki globally but cant even introduce a proper competitor to the Suzuki engine
