Hey Andrew, really enjoy watching all of these tutorials, very informative and helps me keep thinking creatively about live broadcasting with Wirecast. Here is another idea for scoreboards, you can get virtual scoreboard software and load a separate computer on the local network, then use Desktop Presenter to bring it in as a shot/camera. Using that option does not necessarily require another person either just depends on how much camera movement you want to incorporate into the live stream. It also gives you the ability to put a lot of information in-front of the viewer. Anyway, thanks for these videos. Cheers!
That's a great idea Kevin. Thanks for watching and the great feedback.
Hi Andrew. Thanks you for the tutorials. With regard to bringing in LIVE Clock particularly on using Explore browser and Chrome, they don't seem to work as safari browser would do. Upon screen capture procedure they go black. I'm using windows 10 platform.
Great work Andrew!!! c ya!
You can actually create your score board then add a layer to that shot and make it your "Camera Clock" , that way its only one layer to turn on and off, unless you want to be able to turn off one or the other
There is also Snaz which is really interesting.
Can we please have a demonstration of WireCast to FaceTime Call please if it happens or else there is a Special Request1: Since MacOS is capable to have multiple desktop, it could be awesome if WireCast can allow capturing of screen from another desktop within the same Mac while WireCast resides on a different desktop, this will enable us to have capture Skype call which is on another desktop and also capture FaceTime Call which is on a third desktop. Currently, Wirecast catering does capture a FaceTime screen which is on another desktop but as soon as the user swipes back to the desktop with has WireCast, the capturing region moves and follows accordingly. I am aware this require double monitor but with the requested functionality, the user won't need double monitors but only MacOS multi-desktop.
Thanks a lot. really helpful
I connect my iPhone to Wirecast as an input... open a clock app... simple.
You're ignoring the fact that Wirecast is missing this feature that every other program in it's market has.. and the fact that Wirecast published this video shows how little they care. Please integrate inApp clocks and timers... Third party WORK AROUNDS won't cut it.
Watches video... sadly adds another camera to cart... single tear falls...
clock error stop in wirecast v.13.0
