I grew up playing Theme Park and Theme Hospital on PC - absolutely loved them. But I’ve not really touched those kind of games since. I’m blown away by the amount of creative freedom we have now, if you can be bothered putting the time and effort in. I feel inspired to get this game and see what I can create!
@@chrishoward8500 best advice buy the game open up sandbox mode but set all settings to off and build anything you want there isn't s right way to play plan co 2 as I always say your game your rules oh and the game still sbit buggy but they will fix it with more patches asap oh and look for auto save settings set it to 3 minutes just in case the game crashes
@RichyJVideos Thanks for the advice. That does sound like a good way to get used to the game and learn how to build. I recently came back from a trip to PortAventura World in Spain, so my long term goal is to create a park heavily inspired by its theming and rides etc. But I’m a long way off being able to do that!
Great tutorial ! Especially the "Snap Distance" tool. I think you're the first person with early access that I see actually using it. And I think it's indeed a great tool. Question: did you happen to find a solution to avoid the issue where peeps just walk through scenery items you place on a path/plaza ?

This is an amazing tutorial! I probably won’t have planco 2 for some time. But from what I’ve seen, these tips are easily as applicable in planco 1. Might be helpful to those of us that aren’t expert builders, & may still have a wait time for part 2. 🤗 Once we DO have the new one, we’ll know what to do!
@@MrsTeaRex i just read on the steam page Q&A that a future update will have load and unload stations woohoo - and custum music billboards but i think the custom music will be pc version only

@MrsTeaRex I meant the writing in general - name of the rides, selecting the correct things etc.. Maybe it is a decent size. It just seemed a bit small on the screen
for the steam effect on the chimney, I notice that the steam is bigger than the pipe itself... can you size down the steam as well? or is the size of the steam final?
Hi, is it possible to make a tutorial about placing roofs? Different type of buildings, different ways of placing roofs. I would find it very helpful. Also with a bit larger building with different hights.
I just want to use the blueprints ones, but i can't snap the facility inside! I'm getting frustrated :( Would like a tutorial of hotkeys or something like this
hopefully they fix this issue in a future update because its very annoying and tedious when trying to build an intricate building. Keep up the good work.
I am on console, and when building on the coaster stations or on a grid, the move snap does not work unless you use certain large 4 meter items. Is this a bug?
@MrsTeaRex when you do that, nothing happens. I put a ticket in and saw other tickets too. Also, when I start the game, the ui is very responsive, but after a few hours of play, it slows down. Even if my park is the same size so i just restart the game again, I wonder if pc has that issue too.

GOOOD NEWS fellow British people and scotish lovely lady its only 1 hour 31 seconds left till planet coaster 2 is out 3pm GMT 6/11/24 and the game already has had alot of patches my game just updated to 1.06 they are dead serious on fixes already and they game ain't unlocked yet lol
I tried to build that FD vision in a hill cave with the new lights opened testing it started they moved one inch them stopped lol I'll be happy wen all bugs get fixed asap

Planco 2 installed for nearly a week but its like my boggart and i haven't learnt the Riddikulus spell just yet, so i don't open the chest. Bearing in mind I'm 62 this is quite a sad state of affairs.

You can place bins down to stop them walking through paths but its annoying that we dont have the path barriers like before

Great video! Is there a way to reduce the opacity of the grid? Makes seeing what you're building so difficult at default.
I dont think there is a way to change the grid opacity

There is diffrent steam effects sizes large, medium, or small. So, there is lots to pick from 😊

How do you keep the same color when building a building? Every time I select a different part, the color goes back to default color.
I tryed this lastnight and it wont keep the colour for me either :(
hopefully they fix this issue in a future update because its very annoying and tedious when trying to build an intricate building. Keep up the good work.

i found building on console in PC1 it be an absolute nightmare. this, however, looks significantly more user friendly
I found it easy to connect mouse and keyboard to my ps5. Made console building easier. Hope this helps @cam
