I don't know if I'm just feeling my hangover or if I really don't like you after a minute of watching this... but I'm going to stick to it for the information and the relatively truthful humour, anyway. I may seem green on the outside... but that's because I only share and/or defend my opinion in spaces where it has impact/matters. So far for me this has been outside of the workplace (but I've only started working ;) ).
P.S.: Don't you think that in the workplace, we (salaried employees) also highly depend on being agreeable and executing before making any innovative suggestions? - I feel like most of work life is a desert brick road of executing what others want from you, anyway, even if it is a creative task.
P.P.S.: I feel I have much more leeway in expressing my (true) self if I don't have an executive looming over me - learned this throughout my civic engagement - I prefer to set my own timelines, and some superiors have a problem with that ;-) Yes, I can be resistant to change, if it upsets my productivity/FLOW. No, I can be an ambassador for change, if the *current* setting upsets my productivity/FLOW.
P.P.P.S.: I do think this video might be shaking me and other people up to think about how we (should better) cope with conflicts in the workplace, though👍 I officially out myself as people-pleaser, however I am either too active-aggressive (rebellious) or too creative to reach the level of the lady you describe - anger over having to do too much always goes somewhere ... e.g., prolonging the lunch break by +20 (but still managing all imperative to-dos)
@@FinalfantasyFRANtic Well, while I respect your opinion, I'm not here to make you like me, but to share my knowledge. And yes, sometimes certain insights can be a bit ... painful. We all have out weak spots. few of us really want to talk about them. 🙂
Excellent presentation for a man of Blue and Red! Love it! Great awareness:)
Omg omg I’m green with (i think) a touch of blue. This was so funny. I have two of your books and I love them.

Was this lady who was always willing to be of assistance Maja? ;)
The world is built on green people. Where would we be without them???
In a much happier and more effective place. Greens are lazy and manipulative.
The G screen... Sus..
Hope Not
Jack Sparrow much?
Putting personality in a box or category isn't productive.
Says who?
@@Nelson-lh2bk I said it.
@@Nelson-lh2bk it's limiting and stifling. It's counterintuitive to creativity and learning.
@@carolynway850it’s not written on stone. Better to have some clues on why ppl act differently than to be annoyed or misunderstood frequently
It is not correct. Every doctor and psychiatrist has to give you a diagnosis (box!), otherwise there is not healing.
Boting dude you say the same thing 3 times, get to the point blah.blah
