Please explain how things are anatomically different after a hysterectomy. What is at the end of the vagina? Is it longer without the cervix extending into the vagina as shown in some drawings. Is the remaining tissue as sensitive as the cervix was?
After hysterectomy the vagina is rather shorter than longer. And of course, after surgery, sensitivity is endangered.

i think the low reported number of responders is potentially due to the time relevant aspect of cervical stimulation. i.e. it takes a long time to ramp up.
