At first I thought "this is gimmicky as heck"... but 10 mins in when I'm feeling the need to get up out of my seat and flail around in a poor imitation of dancing I realised that gimmick or not, this is excellent music. Once that sunk in, I realised how fucking cool this is. Thank you for challenging my expectations and raising me to a higher level of understanding. Mad props.
Using Sonic Pi, a live coding synth software package. been around for several years. I just installed it a few days ago and quickly learning how to create some cool music :-)
@@aknzortuk4027 I have been away from music for many years and always wanted to build a synth since the 70's ( yeah, I am getting old ). Now with Sonic Pi I can get back into music and coding. Up to this point my use of Python has been very limited and this makes coding fun and interactive :-)

It's actually a really interesting platform called SonicPi. It runs with live loops, I saw a few really interesting talks about it on NDC's YT

@@aknzortuk4027 I just downloaded Sonic Pi the other day but it has been around since 2014 I think. Easy to learn form what I have experienced so far.
