John Bagnall’s ‘Apollo 13’ Booster Maxx

John Bagnall’s Apollo 13 Booster Maxx testing at Wythenshawe Park Manchester on Saturday 1st June. The ride did not open to the public but opened on Sunday 2nd June and what a ride it is. Most definitely the fastest booster we have travelling.

Looks a great thrill ride similar to Airborne that goes to Hyde Park Winter Wonderland

Thanks Chris, yes it is a similar style ride though not as big as Airborne. However, I do think this one is more intense than airborne which although a good ride I think is a bit tame. Really feel the blood rush to your feet on this one.

@@Fairgroundenthusiast i have only ever seen both Airborne & Blizzard / Gladiator at HPWW and there rides i cant do but i do like to watch them , i had no idea Apollo 13 was not as big as Airborne but it does look an impressive thrill ride all the same , shame i cant do these rides as do look quite good too 👍
