What an incredible show this was. I remember back when I was 12 in 2006 (I'm 19 now), I had my mom tape this whole show for me, and I watched it god knows how many times. It really inspired me and made me realize just how much music can affect your emotions. Now, years later I come across that exact video that I watched so many times when I was 12, and found that the emotions I felt back then when I watched it were the exact same that I just felt while watching it now. By the end of Try Honesty, I almost couldn't contain my excitement and I just think that's a really beautiful thing to feel. Thank you for sharing this video!

Vaughn Frederick I used to have every BT tv performance on VHS too! Junos, MMVAs, this, everything. The rain starting during Standing in the Rain is too much. Great band

SAME! I was 11 years old and video taped this and watched it, and video taped every interview and music video on VHS! This set brings back so many memories! Ben, Ian, Jon & Aaron are a huge part of my life still to this day! Billy Talent forever! 🔥

Damn! What a great show. I was 16 in 2006. Turning 30 in a couple of months. I remember meeting them at a subway sandwich store in Winnipeg in 2005. And again at the Juno awards in 2005. Needless to say, they took home most of those Juno’s! Incredible band!!! My old teenage angsty band used to cover “Try honesty”. I might cover it again on my own. Singing that song relieves SO much stress. Especially if you can relate to it on a personal level. I imagine most of their fans could and still can. “FORGIVE ME FATHER WHY SHOULD YOU BOTHER!”

Music will never be as good as this again.
God I wish I could go back and experience this whole era one more time. I miss it so much.
When I was 14,15,16,17, this music meant the whole world to me.
Obviously I'm way older now, (I'm 30) and I've largely outgrown this type of music, which saddens me to think about, but I guess it's just a function of getting older. Still hurts though.
