I have had the luxury of being paid to try to break into or cause havoc in a underground bunker. The only thing he told me was where the property was. Not a entrance. Exit. Inside. Outside. Nothing.
Needless to say 6:38 seconds havoc
5 more and was able to break in but didn’t so no damage would be caused
Needs much improvement
Also tornado shelters you don’t make small units I understand.
But you should rethink this.
You could make a VERY CHEAP unit
That would save lives.
I find it disgusting the prices I have seen for these shelters. People pray on fears and rob them blind.
No shelter like that should be 4-5-6-7 thousand.

I have to agree about making an affordable shelter. I understand there is a lot of work, time, equipment and materials to make it but an inexpensive model for low income people would be great. Maybe get a tax deduction from them? Or have them government subsidized. Though I know our government would rather we all die. I really believe that’s the agenda anyway. Population reduction.
I know I would love to have one but I can’t even afford to fix my home to be livable. So there’s no way. It’s pretty depressing.

Lmao. Take any neighborhood and say free shelters but you gotta help 3-4 hours for free. People would jump on it. Work 3/4 hours and get a shelter.
It breaks my heart knowing people can’t go somewhere to protect themselves.
Sooner or later the city or state will require them and people will go broke or lose there homes over it.
I have been in construction for 31 years by myself. I don’t have a flat fee. It’s let job. If your struggling in life I’ll help out.

Sadly I know shelter companies who were selling a unit 8800. The customer asked for a discount. 8500 and told them any lower they would lose $
In total they didn’t have 1800 in mtl. Another 700 labor and install.

Growing up I knew many in the political world. And 1 report bugged me.
Everyone has a death date. They figure. Smoker. Job. Healthcare etc you’ll live to X years old.
There was a area of low income the city wanted to sell to a developer. The report stated est time of sale.
I asked what gives. He told me well most who live there only have x years left. We’re not renting more out so we have a idea of sell date.
The swathes were not old. Most in there 60’s ( the apts had mold. Lead paint etc )

Sadly i didnt Know you before. Been Swiss myself and was in the Swiss Zivilschutz (Swiss Civil Defence). Could Show you some realy Nice Stuff. Like a fully Bunker Hospital. Because i was some Higher Rank, i got Access to some Releay Nice Stuff. We had a fully Underground Hospital even with a fully working Operation Room and Place for 60 Sick Peoples. Sadly they Removed the OP Room 3 Years Ago.
But yeah we have some pretty cool Underground Infrastructure here :)

In Belgrade (the capital of Serbia) in New Belgrade, each building has its own atomic shelter. It is also entered through garages. In the 99's we used these shelters for the first time during the bombing and it took time to clean and install the beds but now it would all go much faster. Great channel, greetings from Belgrade 👋

The wodden doors of the celler per apartement are the beds. Not the storageshelf😅you are supposed to build these beds when entering the bunker. Usualy you have first a crisis- before you get an alarm to go in your bunker. So the governement would let us know- now prep. Then we know exactly what we gave to bring in These Bunkers and what not. Every one i know, has e permanent food, water an medicaments reserve for at least 4 days at home. Ect. Ect. 😜
