I love these longer roguelike playthroughs, especially when there’s a series of them. My favorite video series Mr Fruit has ever done is probably The Last Spell, and games like this scratch a similar itch.

i don’t leave comments in youtube videos often but i just wanted to thank you for all the content you have put out over the years. i’ve been following since the ABowlofFruit days back when you were playing gotham city imposters and doing your own storylines in modded minecraft zombies. it’s crazy to think that it has been almost 10 years. thank you for sticking with it and putting so much of your life into this. i know youtube is a good awful platform 99% of the time and it can be so disheartening trying to follow that algorithm. it’s awesome to see the strong community you have built based around playing and doing what you want to do on this channel. i can see the genuine happiness you have in the content you are making currently and i hope you know how much that means to the people who watch. much love brother keep doing what you do

Selling it felt so silly. It's a 4 second cool down to potentially deal hundreds of damage. Instead we buy a poison fish??? It's easy to backseat game but omg just pick a lane and commit lol
Fun Dooley fact, the Combat Core large item has the Core tag. so all of the items that care about your core being used, and the level up rewards that reduce core cooldown or upgrade your core hit both cores
That Dooley took the skill I was yelling at the screen for you to take - that shield worth half your health at the beginning of every fight would have been crazy.
47:52 Wording is very important in these games . Cog specifically says it hastes 'AN' adjacent item which means that if it's between two items only ONE will get the haste . So if anything I feel putting it on the far side of the Core is the best choice so Cog will only hit Core leading to more hastes on Friends 👍
Nah the correct play was to never buy cog in the first place, that item was trash the whole time. Why haste the core with a cog, and that be the entire point of the cog, when you could charge it(just better haste) way more than you would be hasting it just by putting another friend anywhere in your build
Im really praying that he'll notice the atomic clock only procs 3 times with ammo soon. Its a great looking item but no where near dependent especially on its own

Btw Mr. Fruit, the boilerroom brawler on day 4 has a chance of dropping a skill that gives you 20 shield whenever you haste an item, which is so good for the friend core.

Did a shield/damage build with Dooley. I selected the training dummy for one of my fights. It ended up in a endless loop. By the end of it, before left the game, I was dealing 500 million damage with one hit and it was only going up
@Mr. Fruit you keep the knee brace for when you sell Cool Down Reduction Items. Put the brace into your active slot and sell the CDR than remove the brace. It gives a bigger cool down boost

55:00 Lol that's your problem with any game that forces you into build decisions , you're too excited to do everything that you can't ever settle on a build until the build forces you into a situation where you're so decision locked that you capitulate and just let the build do "whatever it is it's doing" . Many auto battlers kinda require you to play whatever build the game decides to throw at you to the best of your ability expecting that you're gonna lose upwards of half your games . This habit of yours is also what makes you you though and more often than not still ends up delivering a fantastically entertaining video no matter minor things here and there . Keep being you Fruit and maybe I can continue to give constructive criticism if you're ever so inclined to keep allowing me 😅😹💜
