So how about hdmi output to Scart input converter?
    Or is that somehow impossible?

It exists. I didn't need it, since I use HDMI for my framegrabber. And it reduces the quality, since you are converting digital to analog signal.

is its really rgb or the system transforms the signal in composite and than in hdmi?

Unfortunately, it is not RGB. It converts SCART for example from Commodore 64, but the Amiga RGB to SCART doesn't work on this device.

@@Hirudov thank you for your answer! I have looked an opensource OSSC that works with RGB / SCART. Do you know another device cheaper that does the work? Im working on having the best quality from HI8 camera.

I have OSSC and it works great for most of the devices that I've tried it with. But it is not very compatible with my Framegrabber that needs exactly 50 or 60 Hz vertical refresh rate. This cheaper device works fine with the framegrabber. For other cheap signal converting options, you can try the GBS-8220.

@@Hirudov When you say devices including the camcorders as well?

@@ze2004 Camcorders shall work, since they usually provide very compatible 50i/60i signal. I didn't test it with old camcorders, since I can't remember where I've put them.
