17:03 he got this one perk from Wesker it fully counters Adrenalin you can see it poping up on the bottom right at 16:59 right when you get hit. i love this perk so strong since everyone runs adrenalin
Yes, he has the perk but no, that's not what happened. Even if the killer didn't have Terminus Spooky would still be a one shot because he was in Deep Wounds. Adrenaline doesn't fully heal one person, it only heals one health state. If you slow the video down you can see that Adrenaline procs like 0.1s before he's hit, so his mend is healed but he still get clapped. If he had held W he would at least have had enough distance to make use of the speed boost and last longer.
