Please allow us (Jim & Jared Poole, Waypoint Customs) to clarify a few things commented.... First the general layouts on this MAMBA 24VX are similar to the 2420 GTS, probably because we went to Blazer factory and designed the hybrid cap which Waypoint exclusively sold for years. However the lids, livewells, dry storage, floor locker, console, seating, gunnel height, floor drainage, fuel fill, and of course rigging is totally different. The hull is totally different, with stepped aerated hull design and padded running surface. This design hull process took 1 year and many changes to get what we wanted and fully tested. Another totally different process is material layup schedule. The Mamba construction includes "no chopper gun" skincoat, with the addition of M80 structural foam inlaid between hand laid layers of fiberglass. This inlaid M80 is also used in lids and deck. There are many other design differences, but we understand the automatic responses. We have 2 dealerships, 1 handling Blazer, 1 handling Mamba. Blazer has known about Mamba Custom Boats way b introduction and agrees that the Mambas and Blazers allows us to offer boats for anyone. THANKS FROM THE POOLE FAMILY and continue to "RIDE WITH PRIDE"
in Australia we dont get the bay boat in this configuration. wat we call a bay boat looks completely different. also fishing the shallower areas of the bays n islands isnt as popular as the deeper reefs n areas, but it is starting to catch on. wen i am not chasing barra n murray cod in the dams/lakes n fishing the SW/FW rivers i am out on the flats round the islands chasing Tuskies, Golden Trevally n SW barra, luv this type of fishing. if u guys arent sure barra r a SW/FW fish n murray cod is FW only. nice to c u doing some SW mate. its a gud change up for ur channel n we get to c a different boat as well. the Mamba is a banger of a bay boat n cant wait to c u using it n hear ur thoughts on ride. also the use of tinned copper through out the boat is a big tick to the boat.
Any comparison to 25 magnum or 25 Xtreme? I am seeing a few used ones starting to show up online but not finding a lot of reviews post purchase regarding performance.
Nice boat. I have been looking for a larger upgrade for my family. For the bay I use a 14’ Piranha P140 flats skiff with. 20 hp tiller handle. I would also argue with you on boat size and H.P restrictions. If you even touch salt water you understand these boats are better designed than any bass boat and can run in about any weather. (Check out skiff challenge). If the can run around the state of FL pretty sure they can run any lake inside. Check out skiff challenge. I will admit when I first got mine the comfort level from my Ranger was skeptical, but after owing now since 2018. I have been in some stuff in it and blown away by its ability.
Bro. I just bought a new rod and reel and went fishing for the first time since our pond fishing trip lol glad to see you are still killing it and doing the videos brother. -Trae

Good change of venue here. Surprisingly interesting. I wish more dealers would take pride in the electrical like Jim and Jared do. Thanks Andrew.

Nice looking rig. Not finding much on them but curious for sure. I would want it for bay and freshwater use so front sonar is great.
