If it is a criminal offence (not a civil offence), you need to answer YES to those questions. Truly minor offences MAY not make you inadmissible. It depends on the nature of the case.

You need to find other ways to get a work permit, and then work here for 1560 hours on T4 income with payroll deductions, based on a max of 30 hours counted per week for immigration. You can work more to make more money, but only 30 hours can be counted per week. No averaging. After you have accumulated those work hours, you can apply for PR through HK Pathway Sstream B.

Yes, but you need to have a work permit first. And work hours completed when you are a student do not count towards PR. You can start commuting the work hours after you have your permit and have stopped your studies.

HK Pathway does not have job type requirement. Any job with payroll deductions and T4, not self-employment, and not T4A, would qualify. Delivery drivers may be on a self-employment arrangement, and if so, those hours won't count Please check at your end. Tx

Use both pathways at the same time, and don't cancel the SP or quit school until the SOWP one is successful.

WH experience would count toward Stream B PR, but you need to have valid work status in order accumulate those hours.
