Yes, but you need to have a work permit first. And work hours completed when you are a student do not count towards PR. You can start commuting the work hours after you have your permit and have stopped your studies.

There is a fee to use the bridge, and that has nothing to do with having visa or not.

If you are crossing the border to go into US as a visitor, you would still need to go into the customs office for a paper and to pay a small fee. You will only be exempt from doing this when you have Canadian Passport.

It depends on how it is shown on your birth certificate or other ID. I would suggest putting everything into the FIRST NAME. That way, they won't leave it out afterwards.

HK Pathway does not have job type requirement. Any job with payroll deductions and T4, not self-employment, and not T4A, would qualify. Delivery drivers may be on a self-employment arrangement, and if so, those hours won't count Please check at your end. Tx
