It might be fair to say that a decent majority of people who listened to this (including myself) reacted in pretty much the same manner that Mr. Smee did....
Cal Hal Indeed. Though I consider myself to be somewhat strong physically (as I have no problems being stuck with IVs or needles), I feel that I am much more sensitive emotionally, as most Disney movies and songs leave me reaching for the tissue box.
Hailie I know this is six years ago but I just wanted to say I thought the exact same thing when I saw this movie for the first time yesterday😭❤️ and I also just wanted to say you will be such a wonderful mother if you choose to have kids that is💕 I wish you nothing but happiness in your life❤️
I always loved this movie as a kid because of the wanting to be a kid forever type of thing yet when this part came up I always weeped because of how badly I wanted a mother in my life.
So beautiful🥺Does anyone know how to remove the voices from this? I want to sing it for an audition but I can’t find a karaoke version and I can’t figure out when to start singing on all the instrumental ones because there’s no words on the screen. If you can help, thank you so much!
Okay, this is one of the best songs to come out of Disney. But, did anybody else notice the drastic difference between her talking voice and her singing one???
Yeah… it’s hard to believe they’re both Kathryn Beaumont. I can guarantee ya there were many people who had to check and see if Disney had hired a singing double… but you can definitely tell she had improved from the last time she sang, that is, as her other Disney character, Alice.
Wendy, John and Michael can't stay in Never Land forever, even their ageless long life without growing up. Their parents are expecting them, they'll be terribly upset to concern if they never come back home for rest of their life, they need them.
"A mother's worth is heaven on earth."
I'm very lucky to have my mother. She sometimes drives me crazy, but she's one of a kind. Hugh Jackman's mother left him when he was 8 years old.
I can't help but crying every time I hear this, but whenever Smee starts crying I can't help but laugh

@@Stussmeister sensitivity is also a strength.
@@etheladdams2562 A very valid point.
Kathryn certainly had some voice lessons between Alice in Wonderland and this movie
I'm twelve years old and i promise if i ever have kids ill sing them this song before they sleep :')

omg...you're going to sing to them about how awesome you are? xdd
That's what I've been saying
Cool your 19 now i suppose :)
... I have to go tell my mum I love her now ...
the atmosphere is always ruined by smee sobbing but it's hilarious lmao
I don’t know. Smee crying actually adds to the atmosphere IMO.
I'm not crying...you're crying! eh, f it, I'm a grown adult man, and this song does bring tears to my eyes, and I'm not ashamed to admit it
This song chokes me up every time.
when Disney movies had great songs. not like today's Disney movies. the 90's was the last era of good Disney songs and movies like the lion king.
let it go let it go!!! 😝
Smee crying always cracks me up lol
😭😢 Mommy, I love you bunches and bunches. I miss you bunches and bunches.
Sarah Nelson My mom is dead! 😭😭
This is such a beautiful song. I'm hoping my brother will pick it for his mother and son dance at his wedding!
The words alone is a salute to all mothers around!! Beautiful song!
Makes weep every time I hear it...
Makes me cry too. I lost my Gran 6 years ago and she was my Mum's Mother 😭
I always loved this movie as a kid because of the wanting to be a kid forever type of thing yet when this part came up I always weeped because of how badly I wanted a mother in my life.
*Hugs*
Happy Mother's Day.
[cries silently]
This is probably the most tearjerking song in Disney history. Excluding Baby Mine!
This makes me want to have more respect for my most beloved mom.
I remember watching this movie peter pan in preschool. This song always touched a soft spot on my heart
This song is very melancholic
Makes me cry every time.
My mother used to sing this song before going to bed.
I love the part of the song where Smee cries on Hook’s shoulder, it’s hilarious 😂 😆
I love you Mom!!!
Bruce: I never knew my mother! (cries)
I love you, Mom!
Love you Mommy ❤😭❤

Kathryn Beaumont did a great job singing this song
Yea I can sleep to this
I wish I had a mon, too. I am not going to cry.
Always remember and promote the importance of the family
Mother never get again, never tell her bad words.
Se nao fossem elas o que seriam de nos❤❤❤❤❤❤
I LOVE MY MOM!
Same
Definitely much better solo for Kathryn than "Very Good Advice."
I have a toxic mother we constantly clash I love her but she's made it hard for me to love her

me and my sister used to sit in my little sisters bedroom and fall asleep listening to her sing this song to the twins
It really funny to think in the original Disney the voice actors were all the same, they should do that now
i never grew up with my mother :(
The song I sing to get my son to sleep
Motheeeerr knows best

Mother mine see my
Jenny and tai lung
Why would you want to be a mother when you could strive to type on a typewriter and die alone on the sofa? :/
This songs sucks compared to “What made the Red Man Red”!
