I went to the gym and absolutely obliterated my legs
My neighbors car was leaking oil from the bottom and dropping out so I told them it was leaking
Helped two elder's cross the road
Almost finished reading a finance book called "The Richest Man in Babylon"
Mike doesn’t just want me to get into better shape but also improve my life so I can live a better lifestyle and travel the world. Thanks to him I’ve started that journey and can’t wait to be out in Dubai living the high life soon.

Don’t wait until the market skyrocket again then you start biting your fingers wishing you made the decision to invest. bought my third house already, earn on a monthly through passive income and got 4 out of 5 goals, just hope it encourages someone that it doesn’t matter if you don’t have any of them right now, you can start TODAY regardless your age INVEST and change your future! Investing in the financial market is a grand choice I made.
Am not good doing it alone but getting into the market has been my best decision so far in my road to financial independence as it turns out to be lucrative for me and Personally I have multiple streams so I just enable the use of an investment advisor to navigate and secure the returns.

Its difficult to come to terms with the immense wealth someone has to simply walk in and say "I want that one". Knowing the price tags start at $1.5.million dollars. Then to simply drive it out. Thats difficult at least for me.
Homeless living in the backseat of a $500 1970 Nova at 15 I remember picking up a Road and Track and on the cover an emerald green Maserati Bora. A distance dream to me. But I got up after two years of living on the street. Had a dream to be a self made millionaire. (If there is such a term). My goal be a millionaire by the time I was 40. Went to work flipping fast food burgers. So I could eat where I worked. Put myself thru college. One and half semesters before a four year degree graduation I was offered a job. A job that paid 10 times what I was making. But the job offer wouldn't wait till I graduated. So I decided to drop out and take the two year job in the Middle East. Knowing when I came back I would have plenty of money and could easily finish my degree. Problem was when I came back to the States I had met too many important people in the industry and had learned and grown a lot. I never finished the degree. Ended up traveling the world. But not 40 yet and though working hard and evolving no million dollar net worth...yet. Started and built three corporations, two being International. Finally crossed the net million $$$ dollar mark. Finally but 40 was long gone. I made the goal but I was 52. But I made it from the backseat of a 1970 Nova.
So now I have numerous Real Estate assets. But each year when I think....okay Im going and buying my first Ferrari, or even my first Porsche the price each year jumps another $20,000 or more. And rather than buy that dream car that I always wanted I remember how long and hard and all the ups and down adapting and modifying my business plan and model to adapt to the Countries and worlds economies.
And I can buy it. Instead I go and buy another piece if good old Mother Earth real estate.
But along the way I did sort of treat myself with a couple of Audi Quattro TTs. But still no real exotic. Just can't spend the money for it in good conscience. Just too much.
So another 14 years has passed and now I'm 66. Living the American dream. No Ferrari and no Porsche like I once dreamed of 24/7.
Instead I provide rental homes for disabled vets, independent seniors and give second chances to X Cons with rental homes.
No exotics still.
Only Ford trucks while I look out at my pastures of Charolais cattle.
But FINALLY last week as a birthday treat to myself I decided to order a toy. No Ferrari, Porsche or Bugatti though.
And no million dollar plus car for sure still but in 8 months I will receive my new Audi Quattro TT RS Coupe. Still didn't break a $100,000.
Still buying more real estate.
But wow, the immense wealth in the world and especially in Dubai to be able to buy one of the stunning motor car examples shown in this video and to be able to just drive it around shopping as if it was a Buick. Impressive.

Mike, you’re on the right path to afford something nice in there. I’d suggest expanding your fitness clothing range. Tops, pullovers etc… THRST can be a premium brand. Your chaps in London should be advising you on this and setting up global distribution deals. Perhaps a touch more ‘subtle’ promotion of it within your videos too 😉 Good Luck 🤞
