Excellent video! I'm glad you didn't use cling wrap like so many other channels do.

This channel has such a high production value, I’m confused as to why you don’t have more subs!? Helping the algorithm to send this to more folks. Thanks for sharing your videos… I have learned so much from you compared to other KCuisine channels!!

You are so adorable, scowling at the plate as the ingredients fight back on being folded. Made me smile!
These look remarkably easy, nutritious, and fun! I imagine having a variety of components set out and letting kids choose their combination would be a fun way to get more vegetables into them. (Make a rule - you have to choose one from this platter of proteins, one from that platter of vegetables, and one from that platter of leafy items, and this way it generates excitement over building their own creations, and gives them some control over their meal, too!)
I really enjoyed this video. Thank you.

tempting. For how long will they stay crispy? Would like to make some for my lunch box.

It'll be like any kimbap or rolled sushi if you're talking about gim (seaweed sheet). It will absorb the moisture and lose crispiness eventually.

@@koreanbapsang6835 Well, I've never had sushi rolls in my lunch box, so I guess I'll just have to try and see what happens after 5 hours. I won't mind them getting moister and softer, but they mustn't disintegrate while I'm eating.

Just made a chicken burger like this for dinner…. I will never use bread buns ever again…Just have to use a cheese slice as my measurements. And not make the ingredients stuffed… Gonna try a burrito next… 👏

Hi 👋 I’m still getting my “sea legs.” My American pallet has slowly grown up and I really enjoy so many seafood flavours now but the one hold up I still have is dried seaweed sheets used for applications such as this. I’ve heard it’s because I haven’t gotten good quality yet and toasted. So my question to you is do you have a suggestion for good quality brand of gim sheets sourced from Korea?
I have learned I LOVE seaweed soup and found a decently priced Korean sea sourced brand on Amazon for that!
I also enjoy kelp for my broth. So I’m soooo close! I want to enjoy these foods so badly.

oh so sorry I missed your question. I just buy good quality ones that are slightly more expensive at Korean markets. They seem to have different ones all the time. Sorry I don't really have any particular brand preference.

    Can I use seasoned nori?

Those are usually thinner, crispy and easily breakable, but you can try it if that's all you have. Do not load it up.
