I been feeling like things that use to interest me I just dont seem to enjoy anymore.. It seems like the closer I get to Jesus the farther from the world I become!!
So true. Too many people are serving idols like money or things. Ecclesiastes says in chapter 5, “10 He who loves money will not be satisfied with money, nor he who loves wealth with his income; this also is vanity…. 15 As he came from his mother’s womb he shall go again, naked as he came, and shall take nothing for his toil that he may carry away in his hand.” Ephesians 5:16 tells us to “make the best use of the time, because the days are evil.” We all need to shut off the 500 channels and devote more time to the Lord.
