I took that plastic battery disconnect and threw it in the trash where it belongs. Added a cooling fan and greased it 2 pumps everytime i use it. Love it. Its a work horse for an old guy.
New subscriber here really enjoy your video's! My son and I both have AGT H12's which are very similar to yours. Mine has 19ish hours on it. Really happy with it so far. We have also installed fans and hydraulic return line filters. I spray fluid film on mine to help keep rust at bay. Including the sprocket threads.
I put that wrap on all my loader lines for my 89 ford 1520 after replacing all of them which about 60% of them got holes in them from rubbing on loader frame, but now they only show slight wear on the loom wrap. Well worth a little effort and $20. I also have the q12 excavator by AGT and I’m going to put the loom wrap on all those lines as well. And hydraulic thumb was well worth it. Lifting giant logs up to cut them down works very well. I picked up a 10” diameter log at about 15-16’ long and that thing will lift it.
I’m going to have to get in gear and get that wrap on. I definitely need to cut my firewood that way this year. That bending over takes a toll on my back.
@@whataworld4894 yeah for sure. I have a outdoor wood boiler and it goes through some wood and that definitely saves a lot of back stress doing it that way
@@nicholasproietto2500 It definitely is for being brand new. it was built as cheap as possible. It is only worth it if you have property to work it and know how to work on it.
It is interesting that your swing gear and drive gear is exposed like that. So you can see that you greased it properly or can see if the motor fasteners get loose. My swing gear and drive gear are totally covered. I can only see it if I use a bore scope.
Need to check hydraulic pressure and see what is. That sound like that may be part of you problem. These machines are not the best at 2 fuction at one time

I’ll probably do that when the disconnect breaks. And definitely a work horse.

They definitely do way better and more than I expected.

Thank you ! I’m trying to make the videos better. And thank you for the idea of fluid film.
I love fluid film. It really works.

@@TMP2717 I’ve heard those outdoor boilers eat the wood
@@whataworld4894 they do but I prefer that over propane any day. Rather large home with heat and hot water. About 3-4 cords a year
Seems like a lot of issues for such a short amount of use. I can see after a couple hundred or so hours, but after 30?

I know that all sounds like a lot, BUT it's sooo with it. Good thing you started doing mechanical work at an early age!
It does good for me

I was worried stuff would get in it but I haven’t had any problems yet. I like being able to see it .

Will do thank you for the advice.
Spray all that rust with WD40 do the whole excavator I would 😅
Leave that rear cover off. It will run cooler.
I thought about it .
Ire Meter 😅
i know it’s a mess
