The Toyota / Lexus analogy makes sense (a Lexus is effectively a posh brand of Toyota). Incidentally, Accura is similarly a brand name of Honda in the US.
This is one of the most serious rewievs I’ve seen in a long time, thank you for applaing all information. I’ve just ordered the same gun but it’s going ti come in sub12 version as Im in to pest controlling. What are your thoughts about mounts and shooting pestbirds att full speed in 75 meters? I’ve got 3 or 4 scopes laying around not beeing used and they are Nikko stirlings (6-24 by 50, 4-16 by 50, and some chineese crap) what do you think would be the best set up for my new rifle?
Hi Chris. Thanks very much, I'm glad you found the video helpful. To be honest, 75 yards is way too far to be planning to shoot quarry with an air rifle, especially one of 12 ft/lbs. Please don't believe what you see on RUclips! 30 metres with a .22 rifle or 40 with a .177 is more realistic. I'm sure either of your Nikko Stirlings would be ideal, and I've always found Sportsmatch mounts to be the best and they have a lifetime guarantee. Spend some time on the range and see what kind of distance you can put five shots within a 10p coin size group from the positions you expect to be hunting from - that will tell you what kind of range you should be shooting at. And once you've zeroed your rifle (I zero mine at 30m) put some targets out at different distances and work out how much hold over and under you'll need to apply. Have fun!
1:43 Some interesting information about kral arms and reximex. The owners of kral and reximex are brothers and both factories are in Konya Turkey .So basically kral helped reximex start ther business. There are a few similar things like the mags. They look the same but idk if there are interchangeable.
Really enjoy the reviews, has helped with a couple of decisions to purchase or not. reviews would be even better when showing the accuracy you shot through a chronograph so we could see how the gun performed with spread/deviation etc.
Ordered a Reximex Ixia gen2 in FAC last August, promised November, I have had 5 Broken date promise's since. What is it with this trade that puts the customer so low in the pecking order. In my 35 years of wholesale/retail I don't believe I have seen such contemptuous treatment.
@@henrymoreland8719 that’s fair enough I would guess it’s range right making false promises as they are the importer, but then again it may be Reximex at fault. Guess we will never know a friend had same issues I waited a month for mine but knew that was the case when I paid for it
Possibly ( or probably ) a combination of both, poor form, and one disgusted, former customer. As I stated, five times a date given as a delivery date was put back over 8 months.
Im confused why there is no half inch unf . Looks like a great gun but i do love reximex as i just bought a pretensis. Was looking at this for a better shot count but need it silenced.
You should have got the accura walnut, I just got one it has a shorter barrel and comes with adapter, Put an a Tec wave silencer and it's super quite, the stock is absolutely beautiful, I think they may have done some revisions to the trigger also as it's very light and smooth which is the opposite to what most reviews on the black synthetic version were saying, The shot count is tremendous with the 425cc tank.
Excellent video Rich, thanks.
As a mid-range rifle I’d be happy with it.
Took one out today excellent bit of kit ☆☆☆☆☆ very impressive for under £500

Thanks Kristyan. Good info. I guessed it might be something like that.
Great review, seems like quite a good rifle for the money.
Good review, I'm thinking of getting this.
Thanks very much. I'm sure you won't regret it...
Looks like a good little gun Richard, I hope they make a carbine version so it's not too long with a silencer. ATB MMMD
Hi Richard. Do you give the barrels a clean from new, before testing? I do, and then I only clean my barrels if i change Lead, or the accuracy shifts.
Hi. Yes, I always give them a pull through when new. Other than that I tend not to bother unless there is a drop off in accuracy. Thanks for watching.
Seems very similar to my kral pro500 just with synthetic stock

Thanks Alan. Yes, I'll try to include more on that in the future. Thanks for watching.
Very nice pcp rifle.
Hello. What is the size of this rifle shock spring caliber 0.22? Thanks!

Who did you order from if you don’t mind me asking?
Hello Richard.
I attribute little blame to my local RFD, so will not name them.

Hi Paul. There is a silencer adapter available for very little outlay...
@@airgunextra great I'll have a look about

Странно, у моей винтовки короче ствол хотя модель точно такая же как на видео.
Sir, do you know what is the Twist Rate of Reximex Accura Barrel?
Sorry, I don't.
Hi Richard.I think it’s a good quality gun for the money.Lots of features, and well put together.
Good review.
