    I am weeping for the little girl that became this woman
    Her mother was a very selfish woman
    I am 61 and I never got over my abuse
    I never got ‘better’ from this I am just getting better at dealing with it
    A pedophile might get a year in jail
    We as the abused serve a life sentence

When women feel they would see a person who assaulted them when they look at their baby, I think they have a good idea when they decide to give them up for adoption. Let someone have that child who’s going to look at them and see their dream come true! I had a baby, as a result of SA, and I kept that baby. I knew it had nothing to do with the child, but if you look at your child and don’t like what you see, it’s kinder to give them up. I suppose, in this case, her husband had other ideas, though. @@CarlosPEnis. 💯. People with Substance Use Disorder are scapegoats, just like people with mental illness and physical disabilities used to be, in this society. People used to believe their conditions were caused by moral weakness, too, or because a they didn’t please God. A lot of people don’t know that. We need to educate people, so they know it’s not true. Addiction doesn’t mean a person did anything wrong, and quitting is not as simple as just deciding to stop using. It’s not “simple, but people make it hard.” It changes the brain, and not being able to trust your thoughts and instincts IS hard. The brain can heal from addiction, but it takes time and a lot of support! A lot of people use drugs to stop the unbearable weight of trauma, so they need help to process and cope with extreme trauma, as well.

      @@girl38rockify I absolutely agree that faith is a part of the healing. However, I’ve watched a lot of church programs for the homeless. Sorry to say, this isn’t the answer. Many have failed. God is clearly the ultimate answer. But when people are in the throws of desperation, asking them to believe in anything is a difficult sell. And let’s not act as if everyone in the church is a good person.
      There has to be a multidisciplinary concept.

      Remember in the Bible when God said He would give man free will? this is why this happens. God giving humans free will allowed us the choice to do the things we do in life today, without it, the good parts of our lives wouldn’t happen and we would be forced to love each other and God, which in the end wouldn’t do us any good but create inner hatred. Free will gives us the ability to choose love or hate, evil or good and it brings the good people who are deserving to Him while the evil ones stay a distance. The bad thing about free will is our ability to choose to do others wrong even though it is wrong. God gave us free will to choose between right and wrong; He gave us control of our lives. Unfortunately evil people rose with this, and no matter how powerful God is, He knows that what we choose to do is ultimately the right He gave us all and He isn’t going to reverse that choice because then free will is taken away. We as humans chose evil tendencies over the good God advised us to take, so these are our consequences. Thankfully people who hurts others can be dealt with, unfortunately, not that well in real life, but fortunately they will get theirs in front of God, that’s why this woman believes, because she knows and understands that we live in an evil world plagued by the misuse of free will, and she knows that when it’s time to meet her maker, all this worldly pain will be nonexistent and those who caused her pain will feel the ultimate wrath, worse than what even she can imagine. God gave us the gift of choice, and He won’t take it from us by preventing people’s choices, no matter how evil, cuz then we will have no control over our lives, so blame humanity for using the gift of free will to do harm, cuz in the end it’s humanities fault, not God’s, no matter how much you blame Him.

      Fyi. The college kids are not protesting about their own bad life, or because they hate America. You need to study the subject. They are outraged of the tens of thousands of children and innocent people murdered, they are making their voice heard to put end to the genocide and suffering of children in Palestine. Protest is one of the few ways the people can effect change in the military industrial complex.

    • @indicavonhaze9296
      @indicavonhaze9296 Месяц назад +15

      This happened in America. Your comment about protesting and America’s cushiness is completely irrelevant to her life or this interview. If anything a stark contradiction to the reality of America. Secondly, since you brought it up, protesting isn’t saying “my life sucks worse than hers” either. It’s actually standing up for people like this and holding America up to the great standard they try to claim. Don’t talk about it, be about it. Accountability is so important, especially when you see things that don’t give America the right to say they’re the “greatest”. Lastly, the point of this channel is to bring the problems of people in America like this to light. So, I’m not seeing any logic in your comment at all other than to just be grateful for your life.. You could have just said that and left out all the extra unnecessary opinions on “America” and the “ungrateful protesting kids” 😂

    • @sciencenotsrigma
      @sciencenotsrigma Месяц назад

      If they’re protesting, those kids are, at least, aware that there are people in this country who are treated unjustly. It’s true that many are, still, not fully aware of their privilege. White, second wave feminism used to shame women for being in the sex industry, and call them collaborators in women’s oppression, when they should have listened to them, instead. It’s wrong to define another’s experience for them. Yet, most people who protest are, at least, aware that there are people suffering, or they wouldn’t bother.
