Thanks Brian Alex! I had seen some people post about it, but never understood their hype until I had one in my hands, haha.
I always scrolled right past this pedal cause I never knew what it was all about. Now I have become obsessed with it and look forward to seeing it on my board next to my other Strymon's. Such a great company.

Although I'm aware that the Deco shines mostly in Stereo, do you think it has a large benefit also in Mono in a typical rig?
Actually, I only ran it stereo for this demo. On my board it's in mono. I have the right side set to the chorus.. Actually obsessed.
Yea, some pedals take a while to grow on me, like the EAE Halberd v2 overdrive. The day I got my Deco v2 I ate a weed gummy and I fell in love with it right away, its never coming off my board unless Strymon does an upgraded version. I felt like I was transported back to the 70s!

@@Twylightt yes it brings some very clever grain. The whole thing is a computer. The fact the drive is in the loop is just a parameter in the chain.
Strymon should release a saturation pedal that is just the left side of the Deco. 👍🏻
haha I was literally wishing for the same thing.. now when it's on my board I am low-key obsessed with the chorus on the right side
Lots of people say the Greer Light Speed does just that. I dont want a Deco with less features I want one with more! Like more repeats and more control of the modulation.
But can it give me a sweet haircut like you have?
