kalakand sweet recipe | kalakand mithai | kalakand milk cake barfi with detailed photo and video recipe. basically an Indian version of milk cake recipe made with solidified sweetened milk and chenna. it is soft and fudge in texture but loaded with goodness and creaminess of milk, sugar and topped with chopped dry fruits. it is particularly prepared especially during the festival season of diwali and ganesh chaturthi and served as prasad.

Btw, it said just 3 ingredients, but excluding water, there are 5 ingredients (bananas, jaggery, flour, rava, ghee and nuts).
Jaggery is a form of sugar and there is flour too. So, it's not really 3 ingredients.
Even I thought no added sugar
Which country are you guys from?! Why I asked is because jaggery is considered very healthy as it is rich iron unlike white refined sugar. In India many of us consider sugar means white sugar only and maida is white refined flour and not atta(wheat flour). So perceptions are different 😁
