The movie is wonderful. Assuming you're seeing it in it's original audio. Unfortunately very few english or other dubbed casts do it well. More often than not they absolutely buthcher the material, and in serious stories that rely as heavily on emotion as this one does, a cast of unskilled people doing "cartoon" voices and will ruin the experience.
@@mtgAzim i like the movie , its good for what it is, but it is definitely not great.. starting with that flashback they repeat over and over and over , nice story, ok execution
@@edseiya That's a key mechanic of the story though. Each time they use it, it isn't just the same scene repeated, no two are the same. Every one of them shows more of what happened, the different perspectives, and giving a different emotion. That's the kind of stuff that gets lost in translation. And the way the music is used, the movie plays like an album. Scenes begin and end with specific tracks, and if you know the movie well enough, and then listen to the soundtrack, you can basically follow through the entire film in your minds eye. It's a really neat parallel.
Agreed. Fushigi Yuugi, Rurouni Kenshin, the older Studio Ghibli movies are some of the best examples of anime.......now all we have is fanservice, hentai, yaoi/yuri and androgynous characters.
it didnt play the full amount in the movie at once. they probably broke it into secions. kinda like the yes song at the end of jojo, its got fast and slow beats that can be cut for specific effect
12:55 Kenshin start prepairing for his only atack, Sano begins to narrate what happened 🤩😂
This show changed my opinion of anime in so many ways. Love it
Learned the piano part just bc of its awesomeness
The piece perfectly captures the feeling of the movie.
Wow! Hace que me retrotraiga en el tiempo y me recuerde a la tragedia de Shimabara.
celestial art work
What a beautiful theme !!!
Ni naruto tiene una banda sonora tan exquisita. Lastima por Rurouni Kenshin, un anime infravalorado.
movie is ok but the soundtrack is such a masterpiece
edseiya I think the movie is pretty good or maybe the soundtrack makes me think that way
Personally I liked the movie, the story of a tragic failed coup really appealed to me.

They just don't make anime like they used to
