It’s amazing how NF can put pen to paper and use his music as his own therapy by getting his feelings off his chest while at the same time using his platform to provide therapy to his fans. Sometimes all it takes is for someone to know they aren’t alone. That somebody and especially someone that they look up to understands and maybe even feels what they are going through. It is called Validation. Sometimes that is the BEST therapy one can get. And best of all it is free. Unless you buy the album like I did.
