It's funny how in 1 episode Terry says he has to eat 10k calories a day to maintain muscle mass then in another he is doing the diet with Amy and Gina!
Doing 10,000 calories a day is a challenge in itself LOL. That`s roughly what 4 grown men, 3 American men or 2 elite bodybuilders need to consume in a day. (The average American eats ~3600 calories or ~50% more than is healthy).
Terry was only dieting because his wife was. She felt bad about her body since having the kids and he was trying to be supportive

@@cowboybeboop9420 4 grown men from where? Ireland consumes an average of 3800kcal. With Belgium, Turkey, Austria and Iceland also consuming more than 3600kcal.
If you assume that the average calories needed for men is 2500kcal-2800kcal, then about 40% of the worlds countries consume more than the daily average.
Also to add on, 10kcal may be 2 elite body builders, but that’s one Michael Phelps! During his time as an Olympic swimmer, he consumed over 10kcal a day, which is an amazing feat especially with his body fat percentage.
Those numbers are higher than the actual calorie intake
things like spoiled food, the accessibility of take out food and even whats left on a plate are not considered factors in this list

Its kind of a shame they exaggerate fitness advice, its the old tale of "fitness freaks", it would have been nice if they tried to get the message across that fitness isn't that big of a climb and is mostly about consistency and eating good

How in the world could someone afford to eat 10,000 calories a day? Even if they can afford it, how could they possibly eat that much? I know people 200 pounds overweight who couldnt eat that much
Strongmen are used to it. Body-builders like Crews definitely don't eatthat much, it's exaggerated for comedic effect

10 000 calories is three times as much food as professional body builders need to eat. Pretty sure a normal person would die after eating that much.
Look into strongman diets
If you look at Terry's pullups....he's not doing correct ones.....so he's not doing pullups....got to get your chin above the bar

i love this show but i seriously cant handle the abundance of lies anf misinformation when it comes to terry and his body, there is no way in hell anyone can look like that without big doses of anabolic steroids and yet the show palys it off as a clean diet, multiple workouts a day and thats it. Terry not once mentions rest or sleeping, instead all that is ever talked about is his insanely high calorific intake with over 5-7000 calories a day. The reason all this annoys me is because it spreads a false narrative that in order to get absolutley huge and lean all you need to do is eat ungodly amounts of food and spend half your day working out when in reality most of us wouldnt benefit from that many calories and would rather deteriorate our muscles due to overtraining and bad dieting, and possibly developing digestion problems, noone will ever look like terry crews without anabolic steroids so the episode where they catch a steroid dealer is laughable considering the actor is undoubtly on steroids and has been for a long time. As anyone with half a brain says in the fitness and bodybuilding community, you can be lean, big and natural but you cant be all three at the same time.
Bro, take a deep breath, and repeat this mantra with me; "it's a comedy show..."

@@eryvac0074 They should really put warning on these things if we are being honest. The guy is right. I can`t tell you how many TV shows, celebrities, movies, magazines etc just lie or build unachievable standards that people believe are real. Every celebrity will tell you that they got ripped by eating rice, chicken and broccoli and worked out 6 hours a day.
It`s complete bullshit. First off lifting everyday is just stupid and will probably do more harm than good. Second, these diets are bullshits and lack all kind of stuff that your body needs. Finally, people who are natural especially at his age don`t look like that.
