I have 2 of those scarves and wore a gray/black one, that matched all my outfits, throughout Yellowstone, MT and Banff, Canada last year. My passport, iphone 8+, tissue pack, lip gloss and small pill box all fit in mine...best thing ever for travelers!

p.s I know this seems counter-intuitive, but did you know that wearing a cross body can actually be more of a risk? A very experienced ER nurse told me that she sees many women with broken shoulders and clavicles because purse snatchers will throw you down while trying to get your stuff. who would've thought? ;/
I’m about the same ages you - well I’m legally blind (um, I typed that before you said you were - I’m guessing you mean literally legally blind as in under 10% vision. Not that it matters. I’ve got about 3 to 5% vision. Once you get under 5% it’s too hard to measure (in other words there just isn’t enough to measure). you can judge by my photo. Regardless you’re not an old person by carrying a first aid kit - you’re a smart person! You are the person that a whole minivan will turn to when a kid falls and skids their knee and no one has anything - except you! You will be the lifesaver...
