    Really good talk. Just a simple overhang to shade windows make a huge difference. So obvious, but seemingly overlooked all the time.

      Actually a bad idea, unless you want to ruin the paintwork on your car with bird poop and tree/leaf sap

    Can you get a plan draw up in another country to build in another, or you have to get your plan draw up in the country you want to build in?
    Any advice?

    I still have one of those things you put on the roof to allow heat to escape in the attic Did you say earlier those are not good?
