Dani take your old bread and brown it with the oven broiler. Flip it over, brown the other side. Cut into bite size pieces and place in Ziploc bag. Then sprinkle it all over with garlic powder, or another seasoning. This makes great croutons for salad.
We have to put our bread in the frigerator because we do not go thru it fast enough either and because of the heat here in vegas it goes moldy in about 5 days. Put up the lamp and see how you feel about it ..you can always sell it and make a change as many times as you want because it's your house now 😊

Wire cage lights are big right now, I've seen them with a couple dozen craft butterflies clipped to them. Dollar Tree has bat and spider clips for Halloween and you could redecorate the light. Anything with a clip would work really.

If you want to sell the glass knot without hanger or separate which looks like the thing to do. Take a pair of pliers and gently open the wire opening it won't take much. Lay on table for stability. Go slow.

on taking out the sharpie ink on fabric, try using alcohol. Another utuber I know uses it to clean some paint on fabric. rub with cloth dipped in the alcohol.
Problem with bread going bad so soon? For years, we've put our bread in the freezer....ALL OF IT as soon as it comes home from the store...all types from loaf breads to bagels to pastries. As we need, we get out only what we're gonna use...mic it for 10, 15 or 30 seconds or even a minute for an entire loaf. You just have to test stuff out. Lots of trial & error at first. So it's not super convenient, but it sure is better than battling moldy and wasted bread all the time. 👍😊
