The French with their equine steaks ain't got squat on Uncle with his donkey neck....the dish presentation as well as the expert preparation of the meat made it look 5 star entree worthy. His rural limitations of no electric culinary conviences as well as modern appliances do very little to effect the final outcome of his always visually appetitzing and superbly prepared unique and exotic entrees!
