Here watching this again because now that Klay Thompson isn't coming back to the Warriors, this was the last splash bros finals win. This one was special. I wish Klay the best. He may have never been the same after his injury, but he left his mark on the Warriors and the NBA. And Steph Curry is something special. The greatest all around player of all time. Honestly, a lot of their titles were not given. In 2015, they beat a G League LeBron team in six and were struggling. Then they got KD, which was unfair to win two, and in 2022, every team had injuries, and the Celtics just were ass and couldn’t make shit in the finals. Tatum chokes and Brown chokes, but Brown is having one of the most consistent playoffs ever this season. If players were on fire on the Mavericks, they would have won game two because Tatum has been ass. Luka is the only good one playing for the Mavericks. I don't know what happened to Wiggins, but man, he has been ass.
Klay and Green were so bad in this series, they don’t even deserve it. Draymond averaged 4 points and 6 fouls in this final and is getting paid $20 million a year. No one will beat the Russell 11 title either, with Sam Jones getting 10 and being the closest, but the dude had 133 Hall of Famers and only shot 44%, which is terrible against plumbers; he should have had so many open looks. Draymond is the most overrated Hall of Famer ever, with Cousy being second. You put him in his prime at a pickup game against their best player. Cousy would look horrible; he would look like a person who never went ice skating with no ice skates. Draymond taking $100 million for five seasons just proves he only wants money, and the owner is an idiot to give him that. By now, he will be one of the best ones to never make one like the Jet Terry, which is mind-blowing when Porzingis only made one AllStar and he's been an 18+ to 20+ plus scorer, and he’s on an amazing Celtics team and putting up 20+ this season, which makes me shocked he didn’t make it this year as an AllStar reserved. Ayton should be ashamed; he has been in the league since 2018 and still hasn’t made one.
