    Hi admin. My meter doesn't distribute power. It is constantly making an alarm biping sound thats annoying. And the relay sign on the meter is open. What do i do in this situation?

    Hi as a sub meter that is attached to main meter what happens when main has bo power or ran out of meters?

      ​@@realdudevision2746you can see it 2 ways. Landlord is using recharger services to charge tenants.. Or tenant is the one using the prepaid..

    I cannot buy elecrticity for 2 days now even on my banking app it says transaction denied. I have 0.30 units on my board. Please help what can be the problem. Do I need to reset the box. It is 'n Hexing sub box that my landlord installed in my flat.

    Nobody is saying the reason for the update. All i keep hearing is update your meter. Why the update? How would the meter behave after update?

      I notice after update the meter, it goes more faster then before. So I advise not to update

    Hi since having to recode our hexing meter we cannot get it to do the 3rd and final step. The first 2 steps work but on the 3rd it comes up as failed. Are we doing something wrong?

    Avoid buying Hexing Meter Box, their voucher is too expensive meaning 1.25 units is R10. R50 won't even buy you 15 units.

      Thank you for contacting Recharger Prepaid Meters.
      The rate that is applied is based on the rate derived from Municipal/Eskom charges, for the area where the Recharger prepaid sub-meter is installed. Being a sub-meter, the tariff rate may be adjusted at the Landlord's discretion.
