- John Travolta gave his first fan convention panel ever at Fan Expo Boston 2019. This legendary actor from Grease, Pulp Fiction, Face-Off, Swordfish, Welcome Back Kotter, Look Who’s Talking and so many more films delighted fans with stories from his incredible career. Moderated by Tanner Zipchen.
Fan Expo Boston hosted John Travolta and also showed a screening of his new film, The Fanatic, on the previous evening. John has a great range as an actor, with incredible dramatic portrayals, yet easily able to change tone for his comedic roles. John Travolta’s first panel ever was an awesome experience for all fans of his work.

Great video Fandom!! I was just wondering if the audience get told not to mention certain topics or is it an actual free for all in what you can ask? I'd be biting my lip not to mention Battlefield Earth and Scientology!!! Love what you do guys.
I don't believe anyone was told to avoid any particular questions. Battlefield Earth is actually a great book. The movie was... not great. Lol

Looks like it was a 20 minute panel. I assume Fan Expo Boston kept it short so that Travolta could spend more time signing autographs and doing photo ops. This seems to be the trend in celebrity-driven for profit cons.
