Just finished installing this kit for my 2016 Yamaha Wolverine, I was easy to install...followed his directions from this video, worked out great. I also replaced my OEM fan with a “SPAL’’ high performance cooling fan because the original one had seized on me . It was the perfect time to do both installs. The kit from ‘’Mello FAB’’ took about 5 days to arrive, as I live in Canada. All quality assembled parts, and it was easy to place my order. No regrets at all.
Hello, I must purchase this system. Please tell me how to get one for my 2015 Viking. Also My fan has stopped working because my bike overheated. I figured it was the fan. I pulled the radiator and fan assembly out yesterday and plugged the fan up to a 12 volt source and it ran. I switched the fuel pump relay with the fan relay and it seems fine. I suspect it is the temp sensor OR the fan Thermal relay but not sure. Could it be the fan is going bad and since I moved it and moving it around caused it to work? I know the brushes go bad on the fan motor and the movement may have cleared it. I am afraid to put it back in until I know. Will your system work better than the factory setup?
