    Hello from Canada! You and I think the same when it comes to cutting out patterns on felt. Always place the pattern at the edge/corner. I like to use double sided tape to stick patterns to the felt. It makes cutting out the pattern much, much easier! I love your gnomes! So adorable! ~Janet in Canada P.S.       Yes. It definitely makes the felt last longer Janet!
      We were evacuated only the one night due to the fires. It was a scary time, but the emergency services were incredible!! We're all so incredibly grateful to them.
