i sometimes get the same experience with my steamdeck remote play. No need to buy that portal from sony when the result is almost the same if not worse
I am thinking on this device a great deal, think its solid with some cavets from other reviewers indicate its best played with 5ghz connection ; turn off HDCP HDMI power settings for TV it is connected to, Ethernet cable for PS5 console alone with selecting in settings on PS5 max output to be 1080p. Doing all the above apparently makes it a great deal smoother experience; also performance mode on if its a feature in game. However even with all the above done, competitive play games like FPS and fighting games are not recommended.
I hope the new playstation handheld will be look like this, handheld consoles now is overhyped, and I know PS handheld will be out soon.

Mine plays just fine, but I have excellent hotspot connection !
