Frampton was the only option we had to step up in the ruck for about a month when Cox and Cameron were injured. He played well on Dixon and Lynch in defense earlier in the year and then blanketed Andrews for the first 3qtrs of the Grand Final, so he was actually very handy for us.
@@Bubba__SawyerYes, Billy Frampton ( as you say ) is only used in the ruck when 2 other ruckmen are injured. And Frampton's only other use is trying to stop someone else getting the ball. Frampton's grand final was 2 disposals and gave away 2 free kicks. Andrews got 16 disposals. 11 12 2023
@@Code_breaker_None of that contradicts anything I said. Most of Andrews posessions came in the last qtr when Frampton was hardly on the ground. He was more than serviceable for us this year. We likely lose several games and don't finish on top without Frampton rucking for 5-6 weeks. I don't care if you don't rate him. Pies fans know what he contributed to the side this year and that's all that matters.
Not all of these were illegal hits. The first few were as the players elected to bump and hit their opponents in the head and as a result got suspensions of varying lengths. The bump at 1:05 however was a perfectly legal shoulder to shoulder bump so no free kick or penalty was given. There were also a few head knocks here which were completely incidental and those ones typically aren't punished, although the AFL is becoming stricter with what you can and can't do with each passing season it seems.
0:22 Kelli Underwood's voice is as smooth as a jackhammer and / or coarse sandpaper.

Bedford at 6:24 super impressive, took a massive hit and got straight back up to keep the pressure on.

What is a foul here? How are they punished?

You can’t touch buddy…..
Not the same game it used to be, much less intense and interesting. Don’t watch nearly as much anymore
