Such a lovely skater. Gorgeous body position, line and extension. I enjoy the delicateness of her skating but she's gotta work on getting more speed through her stroking and a lot more power in her jumps. The hesitation in her take off really breaks the flow of the jump and slows her down. A lot of skaters have a slight hesitation before take off but hers is very pronounced. That telegraphing combined with her lack of distance in flow in some of her jumps really affects her ability to leave a big impression with her jumps. Still, I love to watch her and I'm glad she rebounded after her disappointing SP.

Isabeau -- Thank you for your transporting "Starry Night" .... mystical and magical. Might I suggest something ? You have a slight hesitation before beginning the rotations in your jumps. Kostornaia has this same habit. But I doubt if you'll ever master a 3A or quad unless you can get the rotations going JUST as you leave the ice - your slight hesitation in initiating the fast rotational speed will rob you of the ultra-C elements. Just a thought. I enjoy your skating immensely !
I don't think ultra c's are even in discussion for her. They do not seem possible, especially with her technique where as you said, she slows down and hunches her back and has to squeeze out triples. It would be good if she can even maintain this level for the Olympics.
@alyssamaupas she has a huge knee bend, no speed, crouchs over and digs super far into the ice. Not trying to be mean, but it's true. I'd recommend you see Aliona Kostornaia and then come back to Isabeau and see what you think 🤔
Все финалистки липовые сплошные лада с завышенными баллами для их позорнах каскадов 3-2 с нклокрутаии и дорожками не на 4 уровень хоть и рисовали им от души, чтоб типа показать, что они и без русских типа рулят, а на деле не на что смотреть, липовые медалисты и ворюги.

If theyre old enough to participate, then they're not exempt from criticism. The same way they shouldn't be exempt from consequences when cheating. Your logic is the same they use to defend Kamilla valieva.
