Literally went to my doctor numerous times cos of these weird symptoms I have been having and none of them could explain what it was or what was causing it. They just told me it was either depression or anxiety. It’s so scary and crazy how as an empath your own mind can make you become sick cos of how strongly you pick-up on other ppls bad energy and the negative shit they speak. And this all began when I decided to let my guard down and trust certain individuals around me and I completely became I’ll and lost myself. Recovering is far more worse than prevention. You can’t change these people or their thoughts on you but u can protect urself by not being around them.

When you said you can read the mind of others and almost feel their intense emotions I really really can relate to you! Also from a very young age I have always picked up on peoples energy from miles off. If they were feeling a certain way that would throw my mood off completely. It’s the most uncomfortable situation to be in but I can’t control that I can correctly pick up on peoples energy and thoughts. A lot of people are not in tune with their subconsciousness I would get called ‘paranoid’ by others but my instincts have never ever been a lie. I have always been correct in the energy I felt from those people and everything that came to mind resulted in being true. It’s refreshing to know that you experience this cos for so long people have called me weird, paranoid, overthinking. Nope! Tune into your feelings and mind people! There’s a reason why God has blessed us with this to warn us of good and bad people, who to not trust, who to stay away from ect. Your subconscious mind will pick up on everything before it happens to warn you of putting yourself in a situation you later on regretted dismissing bcuz u saw the good in them. Not everyone is your friend, wants you to be happy or to prosper. There’s so many dark souls with impure intentions and being able to pick up on what they think and feel is a curse and a gift.

This is such a brave thing to to share in such a public space. Thank you so damn much for sharing, Niykee! This is such an incredible insight into something I'd never previously known much about. I related to some of the things you said about sensory overload and social situations being extremely exhausting and challenging too. Though this is due to me being on the Autism Spectrum and as a result having some pretty severe Anxiety. So I feel this helped me understand what you are saying alot more. One of the things I've taken from this is to be grateful for what has occured in my life so far. Even though most of my 21 years on earth that I can remember is nothing but negativity, these past 7 months have been the complete opposite. Nothing but positivity because I have learnt to accept, better understand and own myself and Who I truly am. But this couldn't necesserilly have happened without the negative experiences. When I was 3 I said to my mom, "I'll be going away mommy when I'm 16, but it's OK. I will come back and I will be older." When I was 16, I ended up going backpacking and was away from my family for over 5 years.

Wow! Everything you said is all me as well. I have dreams that come true and I feel so deep. As Scorpio moon it’s tough. 10x the intense emotions and feelings. Sometimes I don’t even want to go anywhere because it sucks out my energy. My cat is everything and I always Have deep relationships with any animal. Also, I’m very sensitive too and yes I agree with the luck thing. I still have insomnia. I take sleep meds and lights are so terrible my room has to be pitch black. My intuition is soooo strong.

Its an amazing gift. Now that you mention it I feel it makes more sense to me as well. Somethings just the world sees logical or normal I'd see things from a different perspective with a strong emotional feeling... as if I'm the one that is being in that person's shoes.
“I stayed to myself to protect myself” the story of my fucking life! Until recently I completely lost my sense of self worth and I lost my peace of mind. Allowed the wrong people into my life only for me to end up regretting allowing toxic people into my life and to know my personal emotions and ended up being right about them! The worst. When I say trust your gut! Pls don’t ever give anyone the benefit of the doubt no matter if that means u being alone, standing on your own. Protect your peace, mind, and soul from anything that u know is capable of ruining it at their pleasure of seeing you down.

Oh my, my life is similar. Bullied all my life, but can channel or absorb diff kinds of energy. I dream messages all the time. It can be scary sometimes but I know now that that is my gift from god.
I remember crying many times and just feeling torn because my friend was going through depression. And then i cried when a friend cheated on her boyfriend with the best friend she had for a year. I wasn't close with the boyfriend but I just cried anyway. It's as if I got cheated on. I just feel other peoples feelings so heavily, it felt like as if I was the one going through those things. But those moments also made my mental health worse because I would worry so much about what other people are going through.

Being an empath is like living in everyone shoes, you feel exactly what they feel and you can easily pick up on what they are thinking. Not just from close family members but literally anyone across the street, in a room, anywhere. It’s crazy how we are all just energy and thoughts in bodies.
What an incredibly narcissistic trait to assign to yourself that you can experience other people’s pain exactly as they do as if 1) that’s even possible and 2) that’s possible to know.
And niykee first time i saw your videos was 2013 I guess or 2014 and I was so into hip hop and rap music and I was in cyprus at the time and honestly with all do respect though i remember holy god she's so hot and she's singing a version of or nah song she's a goddess but I was a kid though I was like 18 or 19 then I was into Kevin gates music (I still love his music( and then you put up a cover of his "out the mud" song and im like this person is the coolest ever! And for the meditation part yes i used to pray to get to that meditative state of mind where you just neutralize your head and thoughts and then religion became a sketchy topic so i just left it whatever what was my religion was and i just stuck with meditation in terms of i would just sit down and breathe and disconnect from everything

Niykee, just remember to remind your self time and again, or moment to moment, that you are the one creating your own reality. Even the parts where your expecting a certain output or a certain thing to happen, your creating that output through the expectation of it, u see? It's like manifesting 101 is happening , or rather Law of Attraction is doing it's thing there. So when u focus on it less, u start seeing it happens lesser and now you've naturally drawn line to what u want to experience, u see?
I love your music, my son and I are empath and my son is also a crystal child and has physic abilities. I have some physic empath abilities also, we have to ground daily and wear crystals to keep the negative energy out especially when someone is upset. I can really relate to this. 💜 And I didn’t know you were into this stuff now I love you even more! You had your vision because your created it before you came here and you subconsciously remembered. When you ground imagine roots going around your waist and then going into the ground, attach it to the white or gold light under the earth, then come back up and imagine a bubble around you and a mirror facing out to reflect the bad energy off you. Then imagine a white or gold light going around your bubble. Say out loud I and grounded, surrounded and protected two times. You may have to do this a few times a day do it right away in the morning. Also throughout the day you can imagine white light going into your crown chakra and around your body a shield that will block out the energy, other people’s energy’s won’t be able to get to you. I can relate with you, buty impath is different i talk to those who have already died. As child i just ew I was insane. I didn't have any friends then and I still don't have a friend's . What do I have is different from you. What do they call what I have and I not afraid of this gift but I only wish I could be with someone who is like me as in a relationship. Im so lonely it hurts. Being sympathetic means you've been through that person's emotions you been through what that person is going through so you have sympathy because you've been through the same thing. Empathy means you haven't gone through what they gone through but you can understand and kind of relate so you give them words of wisdom! Now tell me I'm wrong!

Niykee, currently, I am sitting at my computer at 5:59 AM because I have sleeping issues and often I feel as though I need to stay up all night to reset. Often, when things become too much. And my mind is beyond blown. I don't even know where to begin, but I know that I am supposed to message back with a little about me. First, I haven't seen or heard of you in years. I have become a Christian and didn't feel that my battle with lust was going to get any easier seeing you. I had a serious crush on you. But, while listening to christian music like I often do for most of the night when I stay up, because it puts me a space that feels like an alternate life and full of life at the same time, Bad Intentions popped into my head. I began watching your music and was being transported back to the time that I listened to it, feeling all of those emotions and then clicked off when I saw that you had a single called "devil". I thought to myself, did she sell out...?? But then something was pulling me back, and then I came across this video!! I am literally 21:34 into it and I feel like I have learned so much about myself that its unreal. I felt that God was telling me that I need heal, really heal the brokenness that I continue to mask and cover up. Looking back at my life, my report cards read that I was super sensitive and have been told that my whole life, everyone that I encounter, I make such a great impression and couldn't understand why? I was suicidal as a child and the only thing that kept me going was the thought that I was special and that the daydreams I had, could be my reality. I also now understand why I connect with animals and babies so well! There is so much more, but I just want to thank you for making this video. I know that I am rambling and I do not even care, I know that you feel what I am portraying, and I am sorry if this text causes you to feel anything besides appreciation and love. The love of my life/best friend is a narcissist to,and she literally drained me in less then 2 months.I just burnt out and haven't spoke to her since.I had my blocks up the whole time.I could tell she was being molavalent from the start.The one day I started focusing on her.I literally felt like pure crap so I prayed and asked God what was happening to me,and God said your focused on her today and not me.So I focused on God,got better right away,and got the freak outta there!😁

Wow! Everything you said is all me as well. I have dreams that come true and I feel so deep. As Scorpio moon it’s tough. 10x the intense emotions and feelings. Sometimes I don’t even want to go anywhere because it sucks out my energy. My cat is everything and I always Have deep relationships with any animal. Also, I’m very sensitive too and yes I agree with the luck thing. I still have insomnia. I take sleep meds and lights are so terrible my room has to be pitch black. My intuition is soooo strong.

Its an amazing gift. Now that you mention it I feel it makes more sense to me as well. Somethings just the world sees logical or normal I'd see things from a different perspective with a strong emotional feeling... as if I'm the one that is being in that person's shoes.
“I stayed to myself to protect myself” the story of my fucking life! Until recently I completely lost my sense of self worth and I lost my peace of mind. Allowed the wrong people into my life only for me to end up regretting allowing toxic people into my life and to know my personal emotions and ended up being right about them! The worst. When I say trust your gut! Pls don’t ever give anyone the benefit of the doubt no matter if that means u being alone, standing on your own. Protect your peace, mind, and soul from anything that u know is capable of ruining it at their pleasure of seeing you down.

Oh my, my life is similar. Bullied all my life, but can channel or absorb diff kinds of energy. I dream messages all the time. It can be scary sometimes but I know now that that is my gift from god.
I remember crying many times and just feeling torn because my friend was going through depression. And then i cried when a friend cheated on her boyfriend with the best friend she had for a year. I wasn't close with the boyfriend but I just cried anyway. It's as if I got cheated on. I just feel other peoples feelings so heavily, it felt like as if I was the one going through those things. But those moments also made my mental health worse because I would worry so much about what other people are going through.

Being an empath is like living in everyone shoes, you feel exactly what they feel and you can easily pick up on what they are thinking. Not just from close family members but literally anyone across the street, in a room, anywhere. It’s crazy how we are all just energy and thoughts in bodies.
What an incredibly narcissistic trait to assign to yourself that you can experience other people’s pain exactly as they do as if 1) that’s even possible and 2) that’s possible to know.

And niykee first time i saw your videos was 2013 I guess or 2014 and I was so into hip hop and rap music and I was in cyprus at the time and honestly with all do respect though i remember holy god she's so hot and she's singing a version of or nah song she's a goddess but I was a kid though I was like 18 or 19 then I was into Kevin gates music (I still love his music( and then you put up a cover of his "out the mud" song and im like this person is the coolest ever! And for the meditation part yes i used to pray to get to that meditative state of mind where you just neutralize your head and thoughts and then religion became a sketchy topic so i just left it whatever what was my religion was and i just stuck with meditation in terms of i would just sit down and breathe and disconnect from everything

Niykee, just remember to remind your self time and again, or moment to moment, that you are the one creating your own reality. Even the parts where your expecting a certain output or a certain thing to happen, your creating that output through the expectation of it, u see? I love your music, my son and I are empath and my son is also a crystal child and has physic abilities. I have some physic empath abilities also, we have to ground daily and wear crystals to keep the negative energy out especially when someone is upset. I can really relate to this. 💜 And I didn’t know you were into this stuff now I love you even more! You had your vision because your created it before you came here and you subconsciously remembered. When you ground imagine roots going around your waist and then going into the ground, attach it to the white or gold light under the earth, then come back up and imagine a bubble around you and a mirror facing out to reflect the bad energy off you. Then imagine a white or gold light going around your bubble. Say out loud I and grounded, surrounded and protected two times. You may have to do this a few times a day do it right away in the morning. Also throughout the day you can imagine white light going into your crown chakra and around your body a shield that will block out the energy, other people’s energy’s won’t be able to get to you. I can relate with you, buty impath is different i talk to those who have already died. As child i just ew I was insane. I didn't have any friends then and I still don't have a friend's . What do I have is different from you. What do they call what I have and I not afraid of this gift but I only wish I could be with someone who is like me as in a relationship. Im so lonely it hurts. Niykee, currently, I am sitting at my computer at 5:59 AM because I have sleeping issues and often I feel as though I need to stay up all night to reset. Often, when things become too much. And my mind is beyond blown. I don't even know where to begin, but I know that I am supposed to message back with a little about me. First, I haven't seen or heard of you in years. I have become a Christian and didn't feel that my battle with lust was going to get any easier seeing you. I had a serious crush on you. But, while listening to christian music like I often do for most of the night when I stay up, because it puts me a space that feels like an alternate life and full of life at the same time, Bad Intentions popped into my head. I began watching your music and was being transported back to the time that I listened to it, feeling all of those emotions and then clicked off when I saw that you had a single called "devil". I thought to myself, did she sell out...?? But then something was pulling me back, and then I came across this video!! I am literally 21:34 into it and I feel like I have learned so much about myself that its unreal. I felt that God was telling me that I need heal, really heal the brokenness that I continue to mask and cover up. Looking back at my life, my report cards read that I was super sensitive and have been told that my whole life, everyone that I encounter, I make such a great impression and couldn't understand why? I was suicidal as a child and the only thing that kept me going was the thought that I was special and that the daydreams I had, could be my reality. I also now understand why I connect with animals and babies so well! There is so much more, but I just want to thank you for making this video. I know that I am rambling and I do not even care, I know that you feel what I am portraying, and I am sorry if this text causes you to feel anything besides appreciation and love. The love of my life/best friend is a narcissist to,and she literally drained me in less then 2 months.I just burnt out and haven't spoke to her since.I had my blocks up the whole time.I could tell she was being molavalent from the start.The one day I started focusing on her.I literally felt like pure crap so I prayed and asked God what was happening to me,and God said your focused on her today and not me.So I focused on God,got better right away,and got the freak outta there!😁
